Shout out to Cahaba Cycles, Kenny, J Rob and all the other sweet ladies (sorry I can’t remember names) who got me hooked up. I am very new to cycling 🚴 as I just signed up for my first triathlon. I'm visiting from Minnesota to get some riding in and ran into some issues with my bike. I brought it in soon after they opened and was greeted right away by Charlie. He was helpful and recommended that my bike get looked at by one of their mechanics. Chris, the mechanic, had just walked in and was helpful right away, quickly diagnosed some bigger issues and got to work.

I was trying to join a group for a ride and it was clear my bike issues were going to prevent me from riding. Another Chris offered to let me use a demo bike but had to get it from another store. Within an hour he had returned and I was able to make my ride.

This was BY FAR the best service I've ever received from anywhere I've visited. I mean that. These guys went way above and beyond and it was such an impressive experience. I'm a Cahaba Cycles fan for life and only wish you had a store in MN.

Thank you Chris, Chris, and Charlie. I'll let everyone I know here in Birmingham to visit you and will absolutely be back.

Last thing - my bike was ready to go when I was done with my ride today. I'm super grateful.

First of all I want to say i apologize to Gene you were Profesional since day one. I bought a checkpoint road bike and when i receive the bike was a chip on it i was disappointed because i pay a lot of money for it i contact cahabas cycles and there were very professional and free to help me with any decisions I made i told them I want a new bike I want what I pay for. after a few days with the bike and doing a challenge American Cancer of society 300miles i got to love this bike and make a awesome memorie so I contact the seller and explain why I want to stay with the bike.
