Facilities are extremely clean. LOVE the staff, always friendly and try to accommodate you in any way possible. I love Cycle class but I know the other fitness classes are fun and I also love that you don't have to schedule to secure a spot as it is not extremely busy like other gyms. There is something to do for everyone in my family.

Absolutely love Kali absolutely stunning! I called another location five times yet they didn't even pick up yet when I called here I was answered in one ring. Kali walked me through the financial aid process and nothing was confusing. Very high energy and lovely voice! I will definitely be getting a membership here

called the mirage,az location "Northwest Valley" - seeking membership at 59th ave location- unable to find on website. after tossed around to different locations, I am given the mirage, az location to ask. VERY RUDE and poor customer service from "Debbie" who was to be the supervisor, when I asked supervisor of what department- hoping membership since my question involves membership and location- Debbie said she is the supervisor of the whole mirage location..and she doesn't know the locations because she just moved here, over talked and hung up. Then someone else calls and claims to be the "supervisor" of membership of mirage location- although she wouldn't say her name. interesting! I said I thought Debbie said she was the supervisor- this new "supervisor" who doesn't want to share her name, said "oh there must be a miscommunication". This was like a bad episode of Seinfeld where everyone is a supervisor and no one has information on location memberships!

Clean, efficient and courteous staff, close proximity of home. I do like the outdoor pool, however I wish there was more canvas shade.

$$$$ They might say "not for profit" but they charge a ridiculous amount of money. Family membership prices are very high. The pool is very small. No diving, no deep end. They close it whenever it gets cloudy. The kids area is very limited. Sign in and out (for the kids area) is a pain. Go to the YMCA south of here. The rates are so high they hide them on the web site. Go look for yourself! You have to fill out forms and give them personal information before they show you their rates.

Friendly staff, excellent youth sport coaches and open courts for volleyball and basketball. The pool with the walk-in feature is perfect for younger children. Affordable and has kids care too for help with children during common work out times of day. Classes are fun and a lot more online to do at home too with the app.

As another parent who experienced the same issues with the Northwest Valley YMCA Jr Suns program, I feel compelled to echo the concerns previously mentioned. Our team, too, suffered from the program’s unfair practices and complete disregard for player welfare.

Our assistant coach reported these issues, highlighting the unfair treatment and biased game setups we endured, but there was no action taken. This neglect peaked during the playoffs, where an unjust bracketing led to a demoralizing loss and, worse, physical injuries. After the game, we had three players with injuries, a direct result of the program’s negligence and the excessively competitive environment they fostered.

It’s alarming to see a youth sports program show such indifference to the well-being and safety of its players. This experience has been eye-opening, and I strongly urge other parents to steer clear of this program. It’s crucial to find a setting that prioritizes the health, safety, and positive development of young athletes.
