I was lucky enough to do my physical therapy at Altitude with Chellee. The facility is in a quiet, beautiful setting. There is plenty of parking.
Chellee is very personable and organized. Her greatest strength, in my opinion, is her desire to help you. She listens and tries many exercises and activities to find the correct mix to really help. We did NOT just do the same thing every time. We continued what worked and tweaked other exercises to pinpoint what I needed - it was not cookie cutter. She was also hands on using massage, stretching, Ultra sound, etc.
I highly recommend Chellee at Altitude!

Massage from Molly was incredible! A beautiful space, great place for massage and healing. Highly recommend if you need a massage. Molly has a healing presence and is an expert at her craft.

I want to thank Chelle and Tarah at Altitude for the physical therapy I've been receiving, not only is it a beautiful spot, but they both really know what they are doing and have helped me so much with the physical therapy I needed, the improvements have given me much relief. This place is amazing, not only with the physical therapy, but also with the multiple choices of group classes such as matt pilates and yoga, but also acupuncture, and if that's something you are interested ask for Grace (she opened my eyes to a few acupuncture experiences I didn't even know existed).

Great yoga classes and great value! I liked the variety and took several. Lovely view while taking classes. So relaxing! I like how they post upcoming events & classes on Instagram.
Easy to use app for check in.
Will definitely return when back in the area.

Two Doctors of physical therapy on site, The most beautiful setting. Personal training with brand new equipment in a private space. Massage therapy and yoga too, What a great spot for the community!
