Overall excellent experience here. Staff was friendly available and very helpful. Room was spacious comfortable and clean. Outdoor and indoor seating areas were well-kempt scenic and uncrowded. My one restaurant experience there was a superb breakfast that was reasonably priced. I will definitely be back and bring my hard-to-please family. 😊

My favorite getaway! I come here annually for a Mother’s Day soak in the spa suite and it’s something I look forward to every year. The room is lovely, view is breathtaking, and the staff have always been so friendly and welcoming. Can’t wait for my trip next year!

My husband and I came here as a getaway hoping for a nice respite. Sadly to say the exterior is in very poor condition and need of new siding and trim. Our room was dirty stained furniture. Toilet paper and towel rods falling off the walls. Shower door leaked onto floor. Bed was hard as a rock. The restaurant was a huge disappoint. Expensive, overly priced, poorly prepared. We could not eat most of our meals as they were cooked horrible, really greasy, pork chop so dry couldn’t swallow it. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! More on a 2 + star. The only impressive part is the entrance lobby. Hotel rooms are outdated and not clean. We will never be returning to this hotel. We’ve stayed at many 4 and 5 star hotels and this is definitely not one of them.

I don’t see how this resort has less than 5 stars! Everything was perfect from the atmosphere in the lobby to the cleanliness of the rooms!!! The fantastic customer service in the Bin 189 restaurant (I forget the bartenders name, but he had a gray goatee) and the warm hospitality from the front desk staff (specifically Michelle) were amazing! Every staff member we encountered made us feel welcome! Can’t wait to stay here again!!!! 🩷

Minus the fact that the restaurant couldn’t deliver to our room (their policy, so don’t even try), and that our request for a razor and extra coffee via the hotel app was never fulfilled, everything else about our stay was amazing. We both never saw a resort that had an app to “order” pretty much any essentials that you needed, but no one ever came to deliver anything ever, so that was completely confusing to us why no one would ever fulfill our requests so we gave up.

Not sure if they’re short-staffed, but the front desk crew and the café gal were so upbeat and personable—it really made a difference. Even the wait staff were super kind, and the food was great. My boyfriend loved the fish tacos so much, he ordered them twice!

Our dogs were obsessed with the trail behind the hotel. We only discovered it on the last day, but wow—what a gem! It was peaceful and the views of the lake each morning were gorgeous. Definitely nicer to walk there than through the Village, although the Village itself was super quaint and cute. Not a ton open over the weekend, but we liked walking to the 7-Eleven and exploring the charming neighborhoods nearby.

Our room was on the side of the hotel, which made it super private and peaceful. We even had a partial water view, which was lovely. Honestly, we enjoyed that more than being poolside. And the steam room in the spa? So zen! The slippers were a cozy touch too.

The drive up 🤯 did not expect that. Beautiful location, loved walking around outside during the day and in the evening. Very peaceful during our stay. I would love to go back in the future.

I was a guest there for a wedding this past weekend. To say I was very disappointed in the main restaurant is an understatement. The food was poor so poor that McDonalds would have been a better choice. There was no seasoning on any of the food. I gave them a second shot at breakfast and said please tell them to season the food. I asked for eggs benny instead of an english muffin please use spinach instead. Here comes my breakfast I'm ready to be wowed! They took spinach from a bag threw it on the plate raw no saute no SNP nothing. They didn't even cut the stems off. Next the eggs benny poached was good ham was dry Hollandaise where was the lemon. It's so hard to mess up an eggs benny. What a let down, I asked people in the village about the food they said they would never eat there. I heard the resort was sold before covid and it was to be remodeled. Never happened it's still needs a great deal of upgrading and remodeling. For the price of a room there as a consumer we deserve a reno PLEASE!!! Listen if the employees, cooks and staff hate what there doing please leave find something else to do. It showed from the second we walked in to the second we left that no one was happy with their jobs. The only thing that I would go back for was the views, they were breathtaking. The water was way to cold so no one went in the lake. The pool was heated kids running around enjoying themselves. Lovely place but needs a lot help and work to bring it up to the prices we paid to be there.

Really nice. Super kid friendly... To the point that I may not go back because there were kids running amok until 1am, and I found it a bit hard to relax. Maybe if they had a bar/lounge area with a fireplace? The open lounge was large and lovely, but busy... Our room had a balcony that allowed us to really enjoy the lake view. So pretty!
