Lots of cute items to choose from and interesting souvenirs. We ended up buying everything we wanted for ourselves and to take home for others. It's a bit pricey, but most places in this area tend to be that way.

Such a whimsical place that is Big on Bears. Bear socks, Bear Pajamas, beer cups, bear shirts, if it’s got a Bear on it, this place probably has it. Along with all the Bear stuff they also have cute moose and Owl things also. The owner is very sweet, energetic and loves to talk with her customers.

Seriously the cutest place to visit in lake arrowhead. I truly tried to not buy things I didn’t need but everything was super adorable. I liked their clothing especially. It was as the wording implied-all bears. I liked how pleasant it was to visit would recommend.

Shameful customer service provided by the manager. We purchased several items of clothing for our family while on vacation in Lake Arrowhead. The next morning we noticed a large hole along a seam in the brand new sweatshirt we purchased for my wife. We went to return it and were told "no returns - exchanges only." I explained that there was nothing else in the store that we wanted, and that we had paid for a new, undamaged sweatshirt and received a damaged sweatshirt. The manager didn't care, and abruptly cut me off when I tried to explain that: 1) she couldn't force us to exchange it for something we didn't want; and 2) her store policy violated the basic rules of a contract - we held up our end of the bargain (by paying for a new sweatshirt) and she didn't (by providing a damaged sweatshirt). The manager became very angry and told us she was not going to allow us to return it. During her angry tirade, she had the gall to tell me she runs a "mom and pop" business and her customer service is excellent. I was shocked at her reaction, to say the least. I would much rather support a mom-and-pop shop than a huge corporation (I could have purchased these same items at Amazon, and I wish I had). However, the manager of this mom-and-pop shop should be ashamed of herself. It was a needlessly painful customer service experience.

Great store with good stuff and reasonable prices. The individual who helped me was Darla. She worked with my wife and me to get the right tee shirt and hat combination while being patient and helpful. Where she really shined was when I came back looking for the shirt which I had somehow misplaced on the way back to our hotel. She provided me with a replacement which was a great surprise and much appreciated.

I walked into the store and went absolutely crazy buying things. These items are reasonably priced, they are of good quality and the people who work there are so nice. If you’re looking for something fun to take home to the family or send to grandkids or whatever, this is the place to shop.
