Outstanding stay! The staff is some of the most warm and welcoming that I've ever experienced. From the moment we arrived, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel like family and attend to any/all needs. The property is absolutely beautiful and serene! Highly recommend this property to couples and friends looking for a weekend getaway as well as families look for a vacation. There's so much to do and you have everything right onsite.

Beautiful grounds on the lake. Cabins are designed so that one bedroom with their own bathroom is downstairs while the second bedroom is upstairs, again with their own bathroom. The food is excellent, especially the vegetables. The furnishings are getting a little dated, however. Perfect for conferences. No pets allowed.

Shout out to Rona the General Manager and her Great Team. Rona was always helping and making sure we were all comfortable. ||Our Group sold out the Hotel for a Company Retreat, and wow, what a Great Time we all had. No glass or cup went empty during our mealtimes, NO Frowns from the team, only Smiles and wiliness to make sure everything was perfect. Rona even made sure we had Perfect weather for our outside activities. ||During Smores hour, we even had some local guests come check us out. The Racoons. ||Overall outstanding accommodations and stay.

Really cool place. We stayed here a few weeks ago for a long weekend trip. Last time I had been here was in the very early 2000s for a weekend conference event. It looks like some things have changed, but much more hasn't (and that's a good thing to me). Very much a "mountain lodge" vibe when you walk into the reception area. Rooms were clean, and our unit had a wood burning fireplace which was cool. Just a heads up, many units are up on pretty steep hills from the parking areas, and you have to specifically request a room refresh because they don't do it as a matter of course on multi-night stays.

Hotel grounds were just what we needed. Family of 3 (small child age 7) just needed a place to get away, relax and reset for the weekend. This was exactly that. Perfect amount of OUTDOOR activities. Forces you to enjoy the outdoors, pickleball, basketball, hiking, 10 minute drive to most amenities..this place will have our heads on their pillows again soon!

Adorable little chalet! The remodeled bathroom was nice, clean, and well-maintained. The heater made the second floor so warm that we didn’t even need a comforter. Since we visited in February, we couldn’t use the outdoor pool, and the hot tub has a minimum age requirement of 16.

The property itself is very beautiful and the chalets are roomy and charming. However, the front desk was not super friendly and the property doesn't offer daily room service. The meals at the dining hall and tavern were pleasant and the staff at the dining halls were friendly (much friendly than at the front desk).

Excellent location and service. Our entire group enjoyed their stay. The F&B service was ideal for the needs of our group. The scenery provided a relaxing environment for the team to enjoy Camp Pacifica. Thank you to the entire team for making us all feel welcome.
