My 13 yrs old son was there in mid April and Enjoyed every moment of this adventure. The hiking, the climbing, the zip-lining, archery Etc. Etc. He said the food was delicious and plenty. The sleeping dorm was nice and comfortable. He has Not yet stopped talking about his experience in Pali. Thank You So Much for having him attend, caring for him and showing him different and new thing.

My son loved his experience. It was his first time being away from home and overnight. He said if they would have gave him to option to stay longer, he would have 🙂 which makes me feel so grateful and happy that he felt that way. He tried things he would have never tried on his own. He loved the food he said he lots of options. They did three climbing, archery, squid dissection and karaoke night that he enjoyed soooo much. Thank you Pali for keeping my child safe and sending him back with a lot of great memories. He can’t wait to go back in 8th grade!

I went to this camp for a week, and it was one of the best outdoor education centers i’ve been to! the squid dissection, building support, and the orienteering were highlights. our cabin counselor, Sparrow, was extremely fun. also, Lotus and Fern were very kind and great to talk to! please pass on the compliments!

I personally loved my 6th grade science camp here. You get to do many activities such as high ropes, (tree climbing and etc🌳) squid dissection 🦑, archery 🏹, night hike🌑, balloon rescue, and that's all I really did. I loved my counselors that were will me! #RythemandKestrel and at high ropes I got spun at the leap of faith!! I also got to buy some stuff at the camp store! I really recommend it to parents who are uncertain to letting their kid(s) go far away from home. Though I recommend melatonin on the first night (you're gonna need it)

My child had a wonderful time at Pali Institute. He has anxiety and was scared to not have a parent with him but the staff and environment made him feel so comfortable. He has so much and wants to return. Thank you Pali Institute staff for creating a safe and fun environment.

Our child recently went on a school field trip to the Pali Institute, and overall, it was a fantastic experience! The environment is absolutely beautiful—surrounded by nature, with plenty of opportunities for hands-on learning and outdoor adventures. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable, and made learning fun for the kids.

The outdoor activities were a highlight. From hiking to team-building challenges, our child came back full of stories and excitement. It was clear that the activities were not only enjoyable but also helped build confidence and teamwork.

We were also pleasantly surprised by the food! Our child said the meals were tasty, and there were good options available to accommodate different dietary needs.

The only downside, and something we hope can be improved, was the sleeping arrangements. The beds were very uncomfortable, which made it difficult for our child—and some of their classmates—to get a good night's rest. A better sleeping setup would really elevate the experience to the next level.

Despite the sleeping issue, we’re very glad our child had this opportunity. Pali Institute is a great place for kids to learn, explore, and grow. We’d definitely recommend it, and we hope to see some improvements with the accommodations in the future.

My son had an absolute blast with his friends. When he came home he couldn't stop talking about how nice the counselors were. He said the food was good and that the entire place was awesome to explore in. He felt really safe. He told me that a lot of his friends struggled with being away from their families. I definitely recommend having your child start having sleep overs at friends houses so they are able to handle being away from family for a few nights. He had the time of his life and wants to go again! Thank you Camp Pali!

Our son recently visited Pali Institute with his Paakuma K-8 school and absolutely had a blast! He shared that the cabins and bunks were clean, neat and organized. He said the food was REALLY GOOD! They had a lot of food to pick from at the salad bar, sides bar and hot meals. The outdoor activities were exciting and fun. He shared that the cabin instructor, Shamboo, was kind, patient and respectful. He would definitely want to visit again.

And as nervous parents, we were relieved to hear the good feedback from him and appreciated our teachers photos and updates while they were gone. Our son had a great time being a kid and playing outside and completely off of electronics too. We are happy he will have these memories with his friends for the rest of his life to look back on.
