I attended JJC for 2 years and transferred out after I earned my Associate’s degree. I was involved in the athletics and around campus both years I was at JJC. I had nothing less than a great experience here and met a lot of amazing individuals. I had no problem with any professor at JJC (I recommend using ratemyprofessor.com to research them before enrolling in their class). Overall, I believe it is in your best interest to attend JJC if you a considering to earn an Associate’s degree or want to transfer out and pursue a bachelors degree or higher. The college offers a cost-efficient opportunity to pursue higher education compared to universities. One thing that may lack for individuals who are not involved in athletics or campus organizations is the social aspect. This seems to be very common with community colleges as a whole though.

JJC has an array of classes at very affordable tuition and some amazing professors who care about you… BUT, good luck ever contacting your advisor or any advisor in general… if you do run into any issues regarding a specific professor, the “higher ups” truly do not care.

My professors are very nice, everyone is very welcoming, and psychology classes seem to be for me.
My only complaint is that I wish that they refilled the food after it emptied. I saw someone take the last of the stuffed shells before I got a chance.

No one ever gets back to you!!!! Whether it’s through email or leaving a voicemail!! DONT WASTE YOUR TIME on this place!! You’re better off going to another school!!! How the hell do you expect to do business if y’all suck at communicating!! They don’t deserve your money!!!
