My son has been coming to this Tutor Time since he was 6 weeks old and I have nothing but positive things to say about the staff and directors of the school.
Aleia was his infant teacher, and she was so kind and loving to my young baby. She recommended bottles that she used for her kids that ended up basically curing his colic/tummy issues. She always took care of him like he was her own and the love she showed was so wonderful, especially as a first time mom.
When he moved up to toddlers, Caroline and Dominique became the main teachers for him and he absolutely loves them. He gets excited to go to school and see them. They are so patient with all of the toddlers and treat my son with compassion and kindness. He can be challenging at nap time or when it comes to not climbing and every single time they work with him. They also do flash cards and my son says over 50 words before age two, and has started using small sentences. I also never have a bad drop off because he is so excited to be there. It really fills my heart.
As for the director and assistant director, Natelia and Sarah, my son loves them to pieces. Natelia goes above and beyond to make sure he is comfortable and Sarah always plays little games with him. He always wants to say goodbye to “Miss Talia”(Natelia) before we go home.
Initially, I wasn’t thrilled with the idea of daycare for such a young baby, but getting to be here and getting to know the staff, I know they genuinely care about all of the children in their care. I am so glad my son gets to be in the care of such wonderful people. Looking forward to more years in daycare and a successful learning career! Thank you all so much for everything you do all day. We love you!!❤️

Having worked in child care for 9 years, it's hard to find an adequate learning center. Tutor Time has been really good to me and my boys. I wish I would've used them sooner.

I’m not sure if they were just having an off day trying to give a benefit of doubt but I came to your today and I was kind of really put off by the energy and the environment I walked into I’m not even one to make reviews or complain I try to just go with the flow with my babies but when I rang the doorbell at this facility there is an all glass see through dome and whomever was in the front saw me and just had me standing there waiting and it wasn’t busy the girl rolled her eyes had a cringe smile and walked away another girl came out and gave the energy that she really didn’t want to take my ID or tour the school once she started the tour she acted as if she was like hiding the their center like no enthusiasm just very mundane i saw a teacher I was familiar with that my son had at a prior facility and got some reassurance and comfort seeing him I lit up and tried to share the comfort it gave me and she was like yea he’s been here a long time but I’m a very sarcastic nonchalant tone… the outside of the daycare looks so nice with a lot of potential several see through big windows as she showed me the other rooms there were handprints on all the windows and the center smelled stale like it hadn’t been cleaned in while mind you I know see through windows get fingerprints of little hands I’m a mom of 3 boys I taught early childhood many years before then going to the state of Arizona that I’ve been with almost 5 years and I’m thinking the kids are napping why isn’t anyone cleaning or lesson planning all the teachers had like an uncomfortable like cringe smile and they were patting kids that were like out like a light asleep just found it weird and then when she zoomed me to
The front I was like it’s Friday y’all one girl didn’t even look up at the front desk I’m sorry but I’m not 6 ft under yet I have a lot of energy and so do my kids like we want better ya know in life and my babies and I we gotta a lot of love for others and we are moving which is why I scheduled a tour with this facility and they just had the most dreary morbid stale vibe I wanted to cry when I went back home the energy in there felt absolutely miserable if they don’t like their job or working with babies they definitely could find something else it was just sad cuz the center has potential there is no way I could leave my babies there for even 15 min alone with anyone there except Mr Wilbur and I feel bad for him and the parents he’s a great teacher and my guess is he’s not even getting have the recognition or respect he deserves and I feel bad for the parents that have no choice to leave their babies there but I’m like nope I will find something else cuz babies deserve providers that care all children do how would they feel if that was their child but then again I don’t think they really care about anything it just was a sad setting I taught from 2011-2018 and honestly I’ve seen it all but I can honestly say the energy of this daycare is probably the worst I’ve ever had the displeasure of stepping foot in I felt the worse feeling driving away and I doubt they’ll care I’m just glad my babies weren’t on the tour to experience that sunken feeling that’s all I got wish the best for them
To get better that was rough

I am so thankful for this location, my son has been going to this daycare since he was about 1 1/2 years old. He is now 4 about to turn 5 in November. This location has helped me potty train him, they give me updates on him constantly, they are always doing activities to broaden the children's education and imagination I feel comfortable dropping him off there every day, and can go to work with a sense of ease knowing my son is in great hands!! If he has a rough morning and I call to check on him I never feel like I am bothering them, if he gets hurt or has a problem listening it is always communicated to me in a professional and an understanding way, I am truly going to have such a hard time transitioning him to school because of how highly I think of this location and all of their staff that have collectively helped my sons growth and helped me be as comfortable as possible leaving him there. HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

My 2 kids (2 & 6 ) have been going here for a year and we love it! The staff is so friendly. The assistant director Sarah is amazing. She is So nice and they really care about my kids. My kids love going to daycare and the fact that they charter my daughter to and from elementary school is a definite bonus.

The facility is big and spacious with large classrooms, which was the reason we got our kid enrolled at this location compared to others. The teachers are caring and engage the kids in a lot of activities.

11/4/2022 Update: it’s been about 6 months now, and we are enjoying the experience so far. The teachers and front staff are always welcoming. Sometimes when my kid is not happy, his caretakers (specially Mykayla) give him a hug and keep him close so he feels protected. With the weather being nice, they go out in the backyard which is pretty big, where the kids are able to play and run around. Overall, it’s been a relief seeing my kid learning and enjoying himself.

My kiddos have been going there since 2019 and I personally have nothing but great things to say. Each teacher my children have are just wonderful! And really do care and understand my children. Sara the Assistant Director I have nothing but the upmost respect for her. You can tell her dedication and her love for what she does is true, honest and sincere. SHE IS ALWASY THERE since early in the morning and sometimes till late. Sara works hard and is involved with all the kiddos and the parents. SHE really is what is holding and running the show all together. I can vouch for her 10000000% with how she runs this daycare. I love THIS PLACE. Thank you ladies and ESPECIALLY Sara you are wonderful and a great asset to TUTOR TIME.

My 3 youngest children have been attending tutor time for just over 6 months now and I couldn't be happier. The staff here are professional and compassionate and really do pay attention to my children's personalities. They have an app that allows you to check on your children throughout the day and communicate with teachers and they often take photos of activities so I don't feel like I am missing out on all their fun moments. This has been more than a daycare for my family, it is growing into part of our extended family and I am so thankful for the staff & the director is so involved that I never feel any anxiety over my children being here. Thank you Mrs Theon and all the teachers at Tutor Time of Phoenix!
