I had a good overall experience at Aishling's Care Academy. I had amazing classmates and an outstanding teacher named Nicole. Despite a few communication barriers throughout the course, this program mostly fulfilled my needs and expectations.

My instructor Tammi Davis was amazing!!!! She was very mindful of everyone’s ways of learning and brought in a lot of experience/knowledge/anecdotes to help us along the way. She was also flexible and worked to meet everyone’s needs and goals, and made sure we were prepared even when situations arose that were beyond her control. I gave it 3 stars though bc the program itself (not the individual instructors) seemed disorganized, the building is very outdated including the lab equipment/simulations which would sometimes affect our ability to do lessons properly, and there was a gap in communication between our class and the reception if we ran into issues during class/clinicals. The owner Aishling definitely cares a lot about the program and our success, but her high standards were often not executed on her end and she seemed to have unrealistic expectations of others.

I really Enjoyed this program, clinicals were a very enjoyable and learnable experience I would recommend anyone to try if your going into the medical field. The program was very flexible and offers a variety of times and options to take this program. Definitely recommend taking this course!!
