This location is terrible!! They steal your check and say it was mailed to the incorrect address. I have been fighting for my last check since 12/23. After they fired me due to downsizing according to Ralph the supervisor. But when I applied for unemployment they tell them I quit the job!! LIES!! UPS at this location is full of Mess!! Work you like slaves and then steal your check and lie on you! I would not recommend working here even if you are almost homeless and needed a job to live go homeless is better!! WORST JOB EVER!!! Get a paper route instead!!

After insistently calling me to drive the road test ,I went from fedex to there terminal, everything seemed old and unsafe, terrible and dirty terminal. Road test on a broken manual truck😆. I think it's a red tape used to keep certain jobs away but ..your insistence on who can shift a gear whilst moving freight is the very reason I see too many ups trucks wrecking on the i-90 turnpike . Yes in 3 months we see 2-3 ups trucks in wrecks .
I lead team and safety driver for fedex if nothing changes in this area you will have no drivers on team then we fedex will take your freight

I would like to compliment the great service I received at the Downers Grove, IL store (#0887) The young ladies, Jen and Logan were very professional and pleasant. They made me feel like they were sincerely concern of my needs. Keep up the good work ladies! You deserve a raise!!

This the worst Job I ever had horrible supervisors and staff they don’t care about your safety or body. I don’t recommend no body working here at all is a slave plant 🤷🏾‍♀️ Yes the willow springs location

Met alot of interesting people here. But it had to come to an end on MARCH 1, 2022. I gave it my best for 44years, now it is my turn to relinquish my title as an employee of UNITED PARCEL SERVICE. I'm going to miss some of the people in OUTBOUND 10 and the people I worked with on the splits. I enjoyed working the day sort for the last 16 years at CACH as well as the transfer from BEDFORD PARK back in May 1996. Of course there were days that weren't exactly easy.But I lived through them. My last and again my final farewells to UPSERS AND UNITED PARCEL SERVICE!

Worked here for two weeks and never got my paycheck. Staff also hated me for applying for the scholarship and they harass you until you leave. I want my paycheck. FYI they don’t pay employees what they work and will try to take your check.
