Our son has been enrolled here for 2 years and we love it. We are so grateful for the teachers and open communication. We really appreciate their hardworking attitude and handling of any issues in a responsive manner. We love the teachers and feel our son is well taken care of here! We love that many of the teachers speak Mandarin and hope our son picks it up.

Hey busy bees, I’ll remove my review when you pick up the trash. Parents shouldn’t have to see this everyday when dropping off their kids. I’ve previously mentioned it to the staff and nothing was done. Please take some responsibility for your space.

Our kid started daycare at 3 months old. We were really nervous and scared but felt at ease pretty quickly once getting to know the staff. Anytime there is any concern, we immediately get phone calls and messages from the staff. We also get pictures of our daughter throughout the day of her playing with her friends and engaging in development activities. Every holiday and season, they plan fun activities for the children and make it so special for them. We couldn’t speak more highly of Mrs. Wong in the infant program who is a wealth of knowledge and loves the children in her classroom so much. Thanks for all that you do Busy Bees!

I am writing to express my deep concern and disappointment regarding the care provided to my less than one-year-old baby at Busy Bees Day Care. On the first day of attendance, I picked up my baby to find two bruises on the forehead and a bleeding mouth. At no point during the day was I informed of these injuries by the staff.

The following day, I approached the management to request surveillance footage, which confirmed the negligence of the teacher responsible for my baby's care. Given the severity of the situation, we demanded that Busy Bee Day Care cover the costs of the hospital visit required to examine and treat my baby’s injuries. However, upon presenting the bill to Busy Bee Day Care, we encountered significant resistance and were subjected to unreasonable demands regarding the billing process.

As parents, we entrusted our precious baby to your care with the expectation of safety and proper attention. The resulting injuries and the subsequent handling of our concerns have left us deeply troubled. We urge you to take immediate and appropriate action to rectify this situation and prevent any recurrence in the future.

Furthermore, I strongly advise other parents to carefully reconsider their choice of childcare providers. The safety and well-being of our children should be paramount, and any establishment that fails in this duty of care must be held accountable.

This is our daycare for our infant children, and we couldn’t be happier. The staff is highly competent and truly cares about our kids. They are genuinely excited to go to Busy Bees every morning, and often don’t want to leave! Very good pricing; reliable and consistent staffing of highly professional teachers; good communication including daily photo uploads. At holidays the staff goes out of its way to create special memories and activities for the kids and families. We love Busy Bees and couldn’t recommend it any more highly.

My son , started at the age of 3 inside of the preschool classroom . The teachers have done an amazing job he is now . 6 years old and attends the afterschool . He has been at busy bees for preschool, afterschool , and also their summer camp. I am so thankful for the work that the teachers, the bus driver, lunch staff, and office staff do everyday . It is really hard to find schools area that offers all programs. Thank You!
