I am so disappointed in Huntington School of Learning. My grandson attended last year and participated for over a year I'm not too sure as to what he was being taught. I thought by his attending this sholl that I would help him in all of his classes. Not so! I've spent hundreds of dollars and knowing that he no longer attend, I still have a balance of over $6000 to yet pay. I trusted this school to improve my grandsons ability to learn and improve in his grades. Well unfortunately my grandson failed 6th grade and has to repeat.. exactly what did this school help him in learning ? Apparently nothing and I am not only disappointed but very much dissatisfied and upset!!!

My son has been attending Huntington Learning Center Williamsville for going on three years and it has been a huge support to him. His reading and math skills have improved dramatically! He started his 9th grade year this year and pulled the best GPA he's ever had during quarter 1. They want to help, they personalize educational programs, and emphasize on being skill building that is successfully executed. My daughter goes for 1 and a half hours and I'm kinda shocked she comes out happy... I guess I judge to quick. She says she likes it and her progression shows this. She likes her tutor.never talks about negativeness. The management staff is direct and explain what the areas of learning are hurting and what she has been doing to build her comprehension skills.They showed me her work and how it is working for her. Explaining what her weakness n skills are. Her confidence is a big part and she has shown less breakdowns over homework. That was hard to see her tear up homework fight with me, breaking pencils crying showing nothing on her homework. That is the most transformational part, seeing her feel good about her work and herself. I appreciate what they do here.

Huntington was a God-send for my grandson. He never went to preschool and needed help with reading upon entering Kindergarten. My grandson had a great teacher who helped him with his reading immensely. Everyone there was so supportive and friendly! He loved going there, so it was never a battle to get him there! My family and I are so very grateful for all of the help they provided and I actually miss taking him now that he's completed the program! Thank you, again!!!

I went to Huntington at the start of 2020 for help preparing for the ACT test I had scheduled in July. My experience was a little different than most students attending Huntington because my test date was cancelled and rescheduled 4 times until I was allowed to take it in October. Through all of this Huntington was very accommodating and made sure to keep me focused on the goals I had set. Overall I was very thankful for everything that Huntington did to help me prepare for my ACT.

I highly recommend the Huntington Williamsville location for ACT test preparation! Our family believes that any effort to improve our children's standardized test scores is worthwhile. At Huntington, not only is this effort worthwhile, it is extremely successful.

We have sent three of our children through the individualized ACT test prep program at Huntington. All three exceeded their ACT composite score goals after completing the program. The reason this is possible is directly related to the implementation of a focused program of preparation, combined with benchmarks from multiple ACT practice tests. We were able to tailor a preparation program of our choosing based on an initial practice test and consultation. From there, one on one sessions were scheduled, and two follow up practice tests as well.

All aspects of the program helped our children. The sessions with an individual teacher allowed time to work on specific deficiencies. The practice tests allowed to "de-mystify" the test and to serve as a check on the success of the individual sessions. Consequently, our children were able to sit for their official ACT tests with a degree of self-confidence they could not have found in a group preparation program, or in a self-study program.

You may be concerned about the cost of the Huntington program, but please know that it is money well-spent. In our case, our children have received college scholarships well in excess of the program cost.

It was also a joy to work with both Kari and Karen at the Huntington Williamsville location. They are both so pleasant and kind, and their concern for the success of your child is evident in everything they do.
