We enrolled our daughter for kindergarten at ATA after realizing the public school system was a joke. So far, we are very happy with it. The principal was nice during our tour and ensured us it was a great decision. We love the fact that they do NOT teach sex ed and keep personal politics outside the classroom. That stuff is left for the parents to teach, as it should be. Mrs. Drew is awesome, and our daughter just adores her. It's very easy to communicate with her, as well as the principal when I need anything. My husband and I love that we have the option for walk-up pickup instead of wasting gas sitting in the car line. It's so much more convenient and quicker. We hope to keep our daughter in this school and enroll our son when he's of school age.

My son started his journey late in Pre-K school 2018 stayed till his first grade. He loved this school and we loved all his teachers, but we recently got a new home and had to move to the South side. Their class size is fairly adequate, there were assistants during my sons time who helped the teacher during class (thank God) and every kid loves their huge playground. If you think the drive up line is long over there then wait till you get to my sons new school where we at now. (it’s twice longer though it’s a bigger school) Even during pandemic with the online classes the school held it together very well. Overall we recommend this school, all of my sons teacher paid close attention to his well being. (Oh yeah he got those little notes or reminders too from the teachers if he misbehaved at some times but that’s part of kids growing up right?) He is doing well at his new school getting perfect scores in phonograms, pays attention to the teacher and gets along pretty well with other kids. Nope, we didn’t volunteer to help in class coz of our work schedule conflicts but if ever the teachers needed help with supplies or fund raising events we made sure we signed up and participated.

Last year we relocated to Phoenix from Atlanta. Coming from a highly rated public school in Atlanta, we had high expectations from Adam's in terms of curriculum and teachers.I must say we are more than happy with everything here. My kids really love their homeroom teachers and well adjusted in the school. My personal experience with teachers and admin staff is really great.

The staff and teachers here are absolutely incredible. They are very accommodating, understanding, and kind! This school really pushes the kids to learn and understand what they are learning. They take time to help them in any way that they can. The staff is very upbeat and friendly. If I could give this school more stars I absolutely would!!

I have had three of my children attend Adams and have been very happy with the education they have received. The teachers are strict, but they truly care that my kids are happy and safe. The kindergarten enrichment program is great and I like how there are high expectations set for the children.

If I could give this school a zero, I would. The teachers and staff are SO obnoxiously rude. I've had more than one encounter with teachers who are not even teachers of my daughter, being rude and nasty with me for no reason. The staff is snarky and disrespectful. If the staff has no patience with parents, I cannot imagine what they are like with our children. We are wanting our children to grow up to be caring, friendly, respectful adults, yet I don't feel this school is doing its part in that. I would definitely not recommend this school.

Our kids have gone here for years, they learn a ton and have have clear cut expectations. Our two oldest kids, their mom moved them to the public school for jr high and without testing the administration put them in honors classes simply knowing they are from Adams. It was excellent for our middle son who needed a challenge and high expectations. This school is not for everyone but our kids have learned a ton and really liked it. Our younger son will be starting 2nd this year and started here in preschool. 🙂 Update, our youngest son still loves it here, he is challenged and happy, going into 4th next treat. Sometimes the grading can be a little stringent for my liking but I try not to worry about grades since gpa won't matter till high school. He's learning and happy and that's all that matters. ?
