I just recently passed my NCLEX Exam with an 85 questions. North Shore College has been helpful throughout my journey to become a nurse.

The moment I call the school for inquiring, Miss Gloria, the adviser had help me throughout the process and made it easy for me to get in to the program.

Dr. Peters, our anatomy teacher is a great teacher and the foundation he built for our batch to learn the anatomy and physiology has been helpful throughout the program.

Fundamentals with Miss Christine Ross gave us a preview about what it takes to be a nurse knowing that she had a lot of experience about her nursing career, and how she’s hands-on when it comes to clinicals.

Medical Surgical 1 with Miss Emi, is like a glimpse of how it was in the Philippines. She really knows what to teach us every day. And it was also fun being her student.

Medical Surgical 2 is one of the hardest subject I had encountered. But Miss Sarah, had to make sure to teach us what are the things we should know. Her colorful pens inspired me to make my own notes with my colorful pens.

Pediatrics and Maternal. Our teacher is the coolest, Miss Shari. She shared a lot of things knowing that this subject was not easy at all especially the terms, diseases, and complications.

Pharmacology and Leadership was quite challenging. Miss Mobu as a teacher in this subject was the great choice for us because not only she knows what to teach us, but she also inspires us to study. She also made sure we get the topic at the end of the day. The “headache, anorexia, GI first,” it all helped me in my NCLEX! thank you Miss Mobu.

To all clinicals instructor, especially Miss Beverly had help me become more confident in clinical setting. She teaches us a lot when it comes to nursing skill and she mold students to become good future nurses. I am very grateful!

Our DON Miss Neelam, she makes sure that we get to study in a good, and comfortable environment. She will make herself available when we need to talk to her, or ask her questions.

All in all, I recommend this school to everyone who wants to become a nurse. It is also affordable, and worth investing for.

Attending Northshore College was one of the best decisions I made to pursue my education in Nursing. To all the instructors and administration staff, I’m grateful for all of you. Each of you has contributed to my success. The school really prepares you to succeed and equips you with knowledge, skills and hands on experience. I found it very helpful that the school exposed us to NGN questions, different versions of case studies that got us to critically think and approach the questions appropriately. I enjoyed my experience as a student at Northshore College. Lectures were taught well as well as the hands on learning provided during labs in school and during clinical hours at different facilities. I graduated NorthShore and passed my NCLEX on the first try! NorthShore has helpful and inspiring instructors you can count on. Let me tell you, nursing school is not easy. You have to work hard to want it and get it. It’s a challenging field to work in. You have to have heart to want to be a nurse and help sick/dying patients. Gifty here 👋. I passed NCLEX with 85 questions. Thanks to Jehovah and the encouragements from MS. Emilia, Ms Neelam, Ms Shari and MOST ESPECIALLY, my Pharmacology and Leadership Instructor Ms. Mubo.

Ms. Mubo is one of the best Instructor, who sees potentials in her students and advocate for them. She also have the knowledge to prepare her students to pass the NCLEX and she does it well.

I am also grateful to this school faculties. I had to drop out from school due to cancer diagnosis, but when i came back, even though i was still doing treatments, the school faculties welcome me with an open arms and made provisions to accommodate my situation.

I am very grateful to North Shore college. With their well experience Instructors, i have achieved my goal to become a nurse even in the most difficult times in my life.
I will surely recommended this school to everyone who is considering a nursing career.
