The front desk/security guy in the main lobby listens to his phone on full volume all day over the reception music playing. This guy needs to be reprimanded.

I had a great experience. Honestly, I will admit to being extremely nervous about the certification I was taking. The women in there were amazing! Thank you to both of you. Also, thank you to the woman who gave me a pep talk and told me it’s okay, don’t be nervous, if you don’t pass you can always take it again. Also, thank you to the other woman who gave me results. I really thought I failed, so telling me I passed was truly amazing!

The staff is terribly rude and unprofessional. I headed to the testing center in the middle of work and was told that I had to take off my suit jacket and sit in a thin shirt in late October. I explained that I was already having chills, and I even asked if they could give me a substitute jacket. They refused rudely and gave me glares. Most of all, nowhere in their contract specified that jackets weren't allowed! They even advised to "dress in layers". I almost walked away from the test but since I already paid I decided to go ahead. The room wasn't as warm as the staff said. I shivered throughout the exam due to period going on, and I was made so dizzy from headache that I could hardly see the screen.

You can always retake an exam, but I will only do so if they switch partnering company.

Pearson lacks the technical ability to administer tests that they offer. My Wife went in for an important test, scheduled months ahead of time, and prepared diligently to that point to get ready for the test.

Pearson, however, was unready to administer their own test. Their whole systems crashed when they got to the recording segment, and the proctor fumbled around for 30 minutes while the clock was ticking. After 30 minutes, they were told to go home and "call back on Monday."

Bottom line, it is apparent that Pearson lacks the technical investment necessary to back up its' product offerings. Students who are preparing for a better future, deserve a better company.

Pearson owes me a refund after a (STC) course system error in failing to get my certificate after completing my 7.5 hours of virtual class. I waisted $184 scheduling these and then another $184 returning the following day for the same tests. I called STC for technical support on my certification I was then able to present my certificate the same day. I explained these circumstances to multiple people at Pearson and would not work or care to listen with me.

These tests required focus and concentration, but it was a person talking aloud by phone trying to fix a computer! It took them like 30 minutes! Sorry, but another approach should be done when a computer is not working.
