Love love love My Yoga WS and Mia (owner and instructor). The mommy and me yoga class has been awesome for myself and my little guy. Also a great place to meet new friends!

Mia, the studio owner, is a great teacher and yoga instructor. I've taken a variety of her classes and I always leave feeling much better walking out than when I walked in. I highly recommend this yoga studio.
