Kumon is a great place to put your child in! My experience was good but everybody's experience may differ depending on whether the parent is involved in a child's academic life. The curriculum is excellent and will allow your child to better understand the subject at school and then apply it in real life.

Pinky is very tuned in with our children’s strengths and areas for improvement. I like how she tailors her study plans to accommodate each child’s capabilities and is willing to try different approaches to see what works best. Our girls have not only consistently improved their math and reading at this center, but their ability to study more independently.

My son is bilingual and he was previously in bilingual school. When we moved to Austin he started regular English school and he was struggling a lot with reading and writing. Once he started going to Kumon, we saw improvements in reading in TWO weeks. It is a process, but if it wasn’t for Kumon he would be way behind at school (first grade).
The owner of the school is also very sweet and accommodating to your family needs. I highly recommend.

We have been very pleased with the guidance from Ms. Pinky, not just from a curriculum standpoint, but curating a lesson plan and work load that is age and child appropriate. After one year of both math & reading, we have a child that is very happy and motivated to learn!

My girls have been going to see Pinky and her teachers for several years now. Both have really enjoyed excelling in math and reading and this has resulted in boosting their confidence level at elementary school. They consistently score well on their standardized tests and their teachers have commented on how advanced both their math and reading scores are. As parents, we’ve enjoyed seeing how much they’ve progressed over the years. It’s gotten to the point, where our oldest daughter wants to join the math team, book club, and robotics club at school. Our youngest daughter is thrilled that she can help her classmates read when she was in K and 1st grade. I think Pinky does a wonderful job with the girls and the parents both. Highly recommended!

Pinky really cares about her students. She takes the time to go over every single plan and make sure the child is going at the right pace for them, and she always adjusts the work for the needs of the family. As a Kumon graduate and someone who has worked at multiple locations, I think Pinky's center is one of the best run and organized of all the ones I've seen.

On top of the in person education, the online structure is very impressive too. She really makes sure that every child is getting what they need. It's a pleasure to work here

My daughter has been enrolled in Kumon with Pinky for 6 years. Pinky knows her students so well and that’s what makes this center so great. She knows when to slow down the work for students and when to push new concepts. I’m not going to say my daughter loves the work because she doesn’t; but she does loves the results.
