Inspection Training of Arizona has a genuine interest in the success of their students as exemplified in the class teaching methods/materials and hands-on (parallel) detailed training. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and spend the time to address any questions in full. I thought the school was so worthwhile, I paid for my son to go. At the very least, my son is learning how to describe components of the house and understanding indications of failing systems before they become an issue. The savings in possibly catching signs of failure before being hit with a large expense could save my son $1,000's. This is also great general overall knowledge if going into any home improvement or residential construction industries.
Whether becoming a home inspector or like having education on your own home for preventative maintenance, I suggest Inspection Training of Arizona.

Thanks to the detailed training at Inspection Training of AZ and their experienced, knowledgeable, and detailed instructors, I was able to pass the National Home Inspector Exam. ITA makes you feel welcomed from day 1 and they provide you with a tool kit to be successful in this field. I really appreciate all of the instructors at ITA! THE BEST CHOICE in the valley for inspection training. The instructors/inspectors are great and the class is informative. I passed my state exam on the first attempt! I took their online class. The material was excellent and presented in an easy-to-understand manner. It was so thorough, I passed the national exam on the 1st attempt! Where this company truly shines, though, is in their parallel inspection training. The instructors are some of the best in the business, and I learned more on my first few inspections than I thought possible. They always took the time to answer any and all questions, and gave great feedback and constructive criticism. The feedback you get on your training reports is also great. For inspection training in Arizona, this is the best place, hands down.

Where do I begin? Dom and Keith are two of the most informative gentleman I have ever worked with or learned from. If you don't get it, they will make sure you do. Hands on training full of jokes and informative bits to help you relate to your personal experience. If you are considering finding a school to learn this career or skill, I highly recommend Dominick and Keith with ITA! They also offer a variety of classes that Dom is more than fit to lead and instruct as well!
