Chef Kristina is amazing! She taught my 11 year old grandson how to make home made pasta, a red sauce, a white sauce and mushroom raviolis. She was patient and friendly. We hope to have her over again and learn how to make Won Tons. Hire her; you will be so glad that you did! Mary Ann

No more pizza delivery! Thanks to KitchAcademy, I am ready to create gluten free pizza in my kitchen! Chef Kristina's gluten free pizza dough class was all the fun and her instruction is spot on. This is a 100% “hands on” class. Having her at your side to answer “Am I doing this right?” when you're learning to knead and roll gluten free dough makes it the perfect experience. And having hot, fresh pizza at the end of class is the perfect reward. Working in her new location at the recently opened NoCo Community Kitchen in Prescott, the class was an awesome adventure cooking in a brand new professional kitchen.

Kristina became my kitchen partner. She asked a lot of questions so we could hit my goal of creating new recipes. I was getting tired of my cooking!! Each meal is healthy and easy to replicate.

I recently attended a cooking class taught by an experienced executive chef, Kristina Jones, and I can't say enough great things about the experience and Kristina! From start to finish, it was a fantastic evening.

The class was also a fun and social event. Thanks to Kristina's warm and inviting personality, she cultivated an infectious atmosphere of positivity. Beyond her culinary prowess, she proved herself to be an exceptional host, ensuring that every participant felt at ease and relished the experience.

The best part? Not only was there a delicious meal at the end of the class, but also were leftovers to take home! And what's more, Kristina was excellent at explaining the steps and techniques. I left feeling confident that I could duplicate the recipe at home.

If you're looking for a cooking class that's not only educational but also a great time with friends, I highly recommend this experience.

We have taken a couple of classes, the sushi and the empanada classes, and we really enjoyed the hands on training that we got from Chef Kristina. Her patient training and the resource materials that she gives the students, enable us to be confident in recreating all that she teaches. We enjoy her classes and we are scheduled to take her chocolate and her fondue classes coming up.

I have taken several classes with KitchAcademy and without exception, have not only learned what I needed to learn to be succu, but also had a really fun time with Chef as well as the other students! My guy had even attended some of the classes with me and they are a really FUN date night!
If you are looking to learn some new skills or just gain confidence, don't hesitate to attend! We have brought the recipes and skills home and have made homemade pasta (it's fun cuz you can stuff it with anything you like!) homemade pizza at home - WAY MORE BETTER than take out!
Try it! You won't be sorry!! Chef has a real calling to teach and she is VERY good at it!!
