Escapees RV park. Very nice cactus garden that is definitely worth the walk. Bare ground dog park about 400 yards from main area. 30 amp only. Water/sewage. Bathhouse with shower available. Rather small RV site on strictly gravel road. Pickleball barn with one court available. $30

Great place to stay if your in the area. They have reasonable prices & friendly staff. Doing paving work. On Hwy 93 so this is the closest spot from our Hot Plant Pit in Nothing, AZ. They did what they could on helping extend my stay when I found out last minute. Thankful for them for putting forth the effort to help get me a spot.

Very enjoyable rural Park located between Wickenburg and Congress AZ.

Very well maintained with good sized, level gravel lots.

The water, sewer and electricity all work well, although the electricity is only 30 Amp.

This is an active Park with many permanent and semi-permanent residents. They have a busy schedule of weekly activities plus many one-off get-togethers.

The Park itself is large enough for walking and cycling plus there is direct access to BLM lands for offroad vehicles, bikes and hiking as well.

We stayed at Ecscapees North Ranch for the month of December. We love this park. It's out away from the city, but we found what we needed in nearby Wickenburg. We took a few trips to Phoenix and were able to get to Costco, Sam's etc. The park is large and well laid out and it was easy to get in and out. We have a 42 ft fifth wheel and a 22 ft long truck. We had no issues backing into the nice wide site. The sites are gravel and they offer 30 amp service with water and sewer. There is a picnic table at each site. This is a lovely, quiet, clean RV Park. It's well ran and very affordable for Escapees Members. We were happy campers!

We had a large group of SXS riders, we chose this park because they advertise as being a great location to stay for off road SXS rides. We called ahead letting them know our club would be arriving, making sure they had space for all of us, and asking if they could park us near each other. They stated they had plenty of parking for us and would do their best to get us all together. Our club members called- telling them they were part of our club. Even so - we were spread out throughout the park, We even called multiple times- asking for spots closer to one another.
We convoyed to the park, and checked in together - the staff was less than friendly and seemed annoyed that we all checked in together.

Day four of our stay was too rainy to ride - so everyone came to 1 trailer - hung out waiting for a break in the rain so we could ride.

The husband/wife managers came to our spot and threatened to have our vehicles towed- because you are only allowed 3 vehicles per spot. The area behind our unit was 'open parking'

We reminded them each and every person at our spot was a paying guest at the park and ride from their spot to ours. Didn't matter- she told us in no uncertain terms if the sxs's weren't moved - she would call the cops and have them towed. Pretty poor people skills!

As some previous reviews mention, the spots are gavel (at best) mostly dirt. With heavy rains - the spot turned into a giant mud puddle

All in all - if you are planning a group SXS event in the area - avoid this park at all costs!

Pretty nice quiet RV park with basic amenities. Shower room needs updating and half the washers/dryers were out of order while we were there (in one building). The staff weren't terribly friendly - not rude or anything though. The highlight was the amazingly well kept cactus garden.

We did not stay overnight, but instead filled out propane tanks, filled out fresh water and dumped our tanks. Call for hours! Very nice looking RV park. Surrounded by desert, but near wickenburg which is a fun cowboy n cowgirl town.
