My daughter has had a wonderful experience with Ravinia; our on-line teacher created a rapport with my 10-year-old daughter and she loved their classes together. Her reading fluency has increased from below grade level to at grade level - but more importantly, she is picking up books to read all the time. We are so grateful!

Ravinia Reading Center is a wonderful resource for positive, focused and constructive learning and skill-building. Traci Tague is a caring professional who makes children feel safe, encouraged and empowered. She is also especially good at speaking with parents and explaining etymology so adults and children can have a more robust and grounded understanding of the English language.
Our daughter's confidence and abilities in reading and writing have certainly been enhanced by the time spent at Ravinia.
Working with Ravinia in the summer certainly helped her transition into a fall school year that emphasized reading. The curriculum at Ravinia has been a perfect compliment to her school studies and school work. Moreover, the combined experience of Ravinia and school has helped our daughter become more resilient when it comes to tackling reading challenges and to feeling like the hard work leads to new skills and achievements.
We highly recommend Ravinia and want you to know that you can feel like you have made the right decision to seek their assistance.

Ravinia Reading Center is an investment worth making! Their process, method and experience is unmatched and we are thrilled at the services being provided. We recently moved here and I spent hours researching the best place to remediate dyslexic children and I am SO thankful I found Ravinia. Your child will work with a language- speech pathologist on a custom plan that is created just for your child. From our initial consult we were impressed with their expertise, innovation, compassion and professionalism. If you are a parent, desperately trying to help your kiddo with reading like I was, this is the place for you. Ravinia is the relief you have been searching for. I recommend them 100%.

I can only say amazing things about Ravinia Reading Center. My son started working with Traci, the owner, in the June and he could not read. He new his sight words, but that was about it. 6 months later he is ahead of some his peers in class. His confidence now is amazing when it comes to reading and other academics in school He is so so proud of his achievements and as a parent that means the world. Traci is a kind warm and my son never complains about going to her twice a week. Whatever Traci does to teach kids who have difficulty learning to read at their school and/or parents, is special. I am forever grateful for how she helped and continues to help my son.

I am so glad that Ravinia Reading Center has opened this spot in Lincoln Park! As an educator and a parent, I am really interested in the practices they employ to support struggling readers, which are different from anything I've seen before. Traci Tague is skillful and patient, and works to build a warm and trusting relationship with her students, so lessons are enjoyable and not stressful. Our time at RRC has really paid off. I highly recommend checking out RRC if you have a child who has a reading disability.
