True essence of a Great Place to Work! Staff are efficient,, knowledgeable , caring, compassionate, supportive and goes above and beyond to assist residents. Good teamwork and harmonious environment. Everyone is treated like a family. Great management as well.

I’ve been working here for 2 1/2 years and I have loved every minute of it. The staff are always looking out for each other and very supportive <3 and the residents are kind and a pleasure to work with! I always look forward to coming into work!:)

I've been here for two years and have seen vast improvement. The staff has worked with me to go back to college to help me start anew and build a sustainable life. If your willing to try they will go out of their way for your development(at least in my experience). I could not have achieved as much without their help.

Many of the staff at West Chicago Terrace are former co-workers of mine. From working alongside them I can tell you they are some of the most compassionate, empathetic and knowledgeable staff you could ask for. They have years of experience and a passion for behavioral health. I highly recommend WCT 🙂

West Chicago terrace is the Best place to work at all staff get along so well I've never been to a job where all staff get along like family . I used to work in activities and moved up to receptionist to get better experience but overall I love both jobs west Chicago terrace is a great place to work at .
