We recently used Spare Wheels Transportation for an overnight trip to Springfield for a middle school cheer competition, and the experience was outstanding! Our bus driver, Jerry, was punctual, a safe driver, and had an easy sense of humor that made the trip even more enjoyable for our group of middle schoolers. He handled everything with professionalism and a great attitude, which our team greatly appreciated.

The bus itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, easily accommodating all our needs. A big thank-you as well to Katelyn in the office—her responsiveness and excellent communication made planning this trip so much easier.

Highly recommend Spare Wheels for any transportation needs. They were so easy to work with and saved my wedding day for my transportation needs. We booked Spare Wheels Transportation for our 1st wedding anniversary party after a referral by the Courtyard Marriott St. Charles. I worked with Katelyn S. to book our 39 passenger coach bus for the event. She was awesome to work with and we communicated through email and over the phone. Everything ran smoothly the day of the party, and our shuttle driver Mark C. was accommodating as the final shuttle departed a little later due to clean up after the event. Best word to describe Spare Wheels – flexible. We met Spare Wheels at the Geneva Bridal Walk and were quickly impressed by their variety of options and their ability to accommodate our challenging requests. We had many pickup and drop-off locations in a short window of time and their drivers were all knowledgeable of our locations around Geneva and were able to handle our tight windows of time efficiently. I did not use them night of our wedding but our guests told us that the drivers were friendly and accommodating. We noticed that they were proactive at making our guests aware of the departing times for the hotel so guests wouldn’t get left behind. I would highly recommend Spare Wheels to anyone looking for a transportation vendor within the Geneva, IL area.

Even with a much smaller guest count than originally planned, we knew it was even more important that our guests could unwind and not worry about getting home from our wedding. When our plans had to change significantly because of the pandemic, Spare Wheels made it easy for us to change the hotel locations and quickly turned around new quotes, and expected pick up and drop off times. The shuttle was clean and the driver was very professional. They even added special touches like a congratulations sign!
