My daughter has just recently started at BH and it has been a wonderful experience so far. They have made every effort to help my daughter acclimate. Everyone at location is very helpful, very reasonable and flexible. Teachers are wonderful, always available for a chat, they send updates via app throughout the day which is so helpful. They serve high quality and healthy food which is prepared on the site. We love it!

Our two year old has been enrolled at this location for about a year now. She started in the toddlers classroom and now graduated to Twos.
All her teachers are extremely nice and help in bringing out creativity and curiosity among the kids and we are happy with our daughter’s progress. This center also conducts several activities throughout the year that are fun where even siblings of the enrolled student are invited.

We've had our son enrolled at Schaumburg Bright Horizons since he was an infant, and we couldn't be happier with our experience! Both of my kids attended Bright Horizons at Schaumburg from ages 2 to 5. Ms. Karen and her team were amazing—very organized, polite, and warm. My kids were always excited to go to their daycare; it felt like a second home to them. It is also very educational. They teach letters, numbers, counting, writing, and reading phonics. I especially like their morning circles and story reading. Thanks to the amazing teachers, staff, and especially Ms. Karen, who is managing this wonderful daycare.

A place that truly cares for our children! I am so thankful to have come across Bright Horizons, a place that not only cares for our child but also focuses on his learning and development. From day one, the attention to each child has been exceptional. Every teacher and staff member knows my son’s name, which reassures me that they see him as an individual and not just another head in the room.

One thing that has truly stood out to us is the extra care the staff provides. For example nap time for our little guy. Our toddler loves to protests naps regularly at home, but the teachers here patiently soothe him to sleep and even give us recommendations for pointers, and he actually naps there—a miracle! We also love the updates and photos we receive on the app. Although the app could use some improvement, the teachers go above and beyond to keep parents informed and share sweet moments of our children throughout the day.

Bright Horizons also sends monthly newsletters about the center, along with key updates specific to our child’s class. Each week, the teachers share a detailed curriculum so parents know exactly what developmental areas they’re focusing on. It’s not just play, but play with purpose, thoughtfully planned out to aid in our kids’ growth. You can tell that each element of their day is carefully crafted to help them learn, develop, and thrive.

The center also provides in-house support for speech therapy (as well as others), which we deeply appreciate for our son’s development. BH is more than just a daycare or early learning center—they truly care about our child’s growth and well-being. In the 8+ months we’ve been here, we’ve seen such a positive transformation in our 2-year-old, and we can’t imagine another place that would give us the same level of comfort and confidence.

Our son is especially close to Ms. Megan, and it warms our hearts to see how much effort she puts into his care. He adores her and is always sitting in her lap during circle time! The connection they share speaks volumes about how dedicated the staff is.

Bright Horizons has been a blessing to our family, and we’re so grateful for the wonderful teachers and staff who nurture and help our child thrive!

We were lucky enough to have found Bright Horizons in Schaumburg for both of our girls over the past 3.5 years. The amazing teachers are all so loving, attentive, and creative. There is not a lot of teacher turnover, like at many other daycares, which speaks volumes. This is so much a product of incredible leadership. The director creates an environment of fun for all, and the teachers want to be there. Both of my daughters have a special place in their hearts for their former teachers. This is the place you've been looking for!

My 3 year old has been attending BH for about two months now, and we’ve had a great experience so far. He’s been in daycare since 9 weeks old and has been to 3 prior schools so far, so we are pretty well versed in daycares. What attracted us to the school is the quality and condition of the physical school. While the parking lot could be improved (potholes, overgrown grass yielding low visibility, and weared paint lines), the school itself is pretty new and well maintained. The school was able to build from scratch a bit, so rooms and kid cubbies are built with more purpose and thoughtfulness than older schools. I appreciate no branded (e.g. paw patrol) activities and toys, which allows for more creative play. The menu seems far more healthy and interesting than other schools, and the preschool teachers all communicate well. Just in our short time here, many teachers outside his class know his name and greet him by name everyday. I love how they have a “sign in sheet” outside his class where he can trace his name in erasable marker to practice. It’s the little things!

I do wish we had a direct phone number to the front office, instead of a “press 1 for x” system, but thankfully I haven’t had to call them yet.

My daughter has enjoyed attending this school for Back Up Care. The teachers have always made her feel welcome and comfortable. She still talks about her teacher Ms. Cindy in toddlers and how they read “Go Away Big Green Monster” at school.
