This is one of the most frustrating ordering experiences I have ever dealt with as an Athletic Director of a High School. We ordered some floor running mats at the end of basketball season that we saw from another school in our district. We ordered the exact mats but in a different length as the school in our district. We received the order at the end of basketball season and placed the boxes in storage for this upcoming basketball season. When we opened the boxes we realized that we got something completely different sent to us than what we ordered. What we received was no where the quality, color or texture of the other school. I called and explained my issue, I sent pictures of BOTH mats (The ones from the other school and what we were sent), I also sent BOTH invoices from both schools that show the EXACT same mats were ordered. I was told someone would look into it and call me back. After not hearing back I emailed them. They did nothing to try and communicate back to us, through email or phone. They stopped answering the phone after the initial conversation about our issue. My principal has called and they don't answer the phone. The only response is the one seen here because it is open to the public and could have an negative impact on their business.
