my mom worked here years ago and was assaulted by another employee, and was constantly lied on and bullied to the point where she got fired. he still works there til this day, (the employee that assaulted her) and not only do they assault new workers, but they also assault the patients there. my mom is now looking into suing them.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars. Resident care is staff’s least concern; they are only here for the money and they only care about themselves. I have been a Kiley resident for almond 3 years and now I’m at the point where this toxic environment is affecting my mental health. I lost my appetite due to extreme anxiety; I can’t eat anything at all at this point and I’m extremely depressed and anxious. Although I have been accepted by a CILA home provider and I will be leaving soon I can’t stay silent anymore; I have to speak against this place that has not allowed me to make my voice heard; they have deliberately violated my right to freedom of speech under the 1st Amendment. I have autism and visual impairment but I’m also a college student pursuing a career in mental health; I have witnessed rude employees who have stigmatized residents, including me. They are disrespectful and unprofessional and have even made statements like, “ Kiley offers good pay.” That’s a sign that they don’t care about the residents; they only care about themselves and are only here for a paycheck. I’m the very first Kiley resident who writes a bad review about the facility; I’m the only Kiley residence who can do that because I’m the only Kiley resident attending college. I’m stressing and struggling with my mental health and they are refusing to take action;they are just sitting there right now without lifting a finger and are just allowing me to feel mentally worse; I only took a few bites of my dinner last night and dumped the rest of my food in the garbage; stress didn’t allow me to think about putting it in the fridge and save it for today. Today I am not even able to take one bite. I tried to be nice but that doesn’t work with these people; now they have to learn the hard way. It’s extremely important that Kiley gets the punishment they deserve: Sorry but not sorry. This place definitely needs to be shut down NOW. Enough is enough! I won’t rest until I turn on the news and hear that Kiley has been shut down because I have no sympathy for anyone here. Why should I? Nobody here has ever had any compassion for me. I don’t feel sorry for anyone here. Shut this place down once and for all; children need to go to school, shut the place down and open a school instead. I’m feeling depressed, anxious, and unsafe here and they are actually acting like everything is fine when I’m actually an emotional mess right now. I totally insist 100%. Kiley needs to be shut down. That’s the punishment they deserve at this point. Period!

This place definitely needs to be shut down. Some of the staff is there just for the money (A Check),they don't give a rats a$$ about them people, which is sad considering most of them don't have family that calls, visits or support them 😭😭😭. I've heard of staff abuse them elderly people.

Very unprofessional, vindictive and uneducated administration who cares nothing about patient nor staff. There are a few good apples, however, fir the most part the staff are poorly, trained. There is a higg turnaround rate and high turnover. Very depressing place and staff nor patients will thrive

My family’s personal experience has been dreadful, even horrifying at times. I have seen everything from serious injuries requiring hospitalization to most all a residents belongings disappearing when still new. I have fears for my family members safety while at the center. I am trying to move him and I hope one day I would be able to “recommend” the Ann Kiley Center, but as of now there is no way I would ever be able to suggest someone place a loved one there if there are other options.
