After having a total hip replacement I was in need of physical therapy. After visiting the IBJI in Wauconda, I found it to be a very clean, updated facility. The receptionist was very friendly and scheduled all my initial 13 visits at that time. My therapy sessions with Susan, Liz and both of their assistants, were at all times professional, friendly, patient and helpful, with constant communication on my pain level and any concerns I might have regarding the treatment I was getting. The end result my recovery was a success. I would strongly recommend this facility for any physical therapy needs.

Staff, therapists and assistants have consistently been pleasant, kind, professional and knowledgeable. Visits seem to always run on time, therapy seems appropriate and feedback is welcomed.

I have noticed improvements in my strength and range of motion after only 4 visits and I look forward to continued progress.

The atmosphere is comfortable and friendly as therapists and patients can freely chat and the commonalities offer a welcome distraction from the exercise discomfort.

Thank you to all the staff for being such a pleasant and beneficial part of my rehabilitation from bilateral knee replacement.

Carlos, in my initial evaluation, was thorough in explaining the need for each exercise that was part of my treatment. He, Liz and Dawn were careful to ask if I felt any pain at all at any point during my sessions. They stressed the need to continue my home and gym exercises after my discharge. I am very pleased with the quality of care I received

My recovery was amazing. Susan and Carlos are rockstars and kept me on point! I KNOW I am in good shape because of them!! The facility was terrific and the receptionists were so accomodating. Over all an excellent experience.

Everyone is very nice, welcoming and very helpful from the minute I walk in until I leave. Leslie is my Pt. She has helped my dad in the past, and is my Pt now. Awesome lady! Very helpful, positive, and cheers me on to help me not to quit. I would suggest IBJI to anyone looking for PT to help recover from surgery, injuries, etc. they will take good care of you. 🙂

Had a total knee replacement and went here for outpatient therapy. Extremely excellent professional service and thorough treatment. I was very apprehensive but the friendly, comfortable atmosphere and staff took all that away. I would highly recommend them for therapy if needed.. Great team!

I have been doing Telehealth physical therapy with a therapist from the Wauconda location. I have spinal stenosis and am hopeful that my physical therapy will give me some relief from my pain. It is great to be able to do therapy at home.
