Nice spot for a round! Considering it’s $45 to ride 18, we found the course to be a solid value. The course layout is fun. Wide open fairways and a tasteful amount of hazards/obstacles mixed in. The 600 yard par 5 especially was a formidable opponent. Nice deals at the bar inside also. $10 cheeseburger and fries along with $18 for 6 beers on a Saturday afternoon. My kinda menu!

Only negative, as other reviewers have mentioned, is the length of the grass. Difficult to find balls in the rough, slow greens, and some fairways feel like rough. Even some of the par 3 tee boxes felt like rough. Tighter maintenance would bump this place up to an easy five stars.

I’m not some bitter guy, my expectations for courses is pretty low. But this was honestly one of the worst courses I’ve ever played. The fairway was non-existent. Fairway grass was the same length as the rough. The picture is from the “fairway.” Multiple drives hit down the middle that I had to search for because the “fairway” was so tall/thick. The greens had multiple dead spots and were incredibly slow.

The layout of the course has potential. It’s very wide open. But cut the dang grass! Unless you like hitting from the rough every shot, avoid this course. I wouldn’t come back even if I didn’t pay. Not worth a single dollar I spent

I enjoyed playing this course before the new management took it over. Everyone there was great to talk to, and the environment was welcoming. I’ve played here three times this year, and the people who check you in are not friendly. The course is not in the best shape for them to act like they are doing you a favor.

When we played there in June, they said we had to have the carts in at 7 pm, which didn’t make sense in the summertime. The second time a young guy that checked us in told us since the course was wet, if we drove on the fairway, we would be kicked out. His demeanor was confrontational for no reason. The last time we played there, an older gentleman checked us in and said that even though I paid a convenience fee on GolfNow, I had to pay it again at the course. After showing him my receipt on golf now, he still wanted to charge me the fee. He told me that the only way to avoid this is to call the course to book our tee time. I was already paying $35 to walk, which in my opinion, is too much for a course that is not well kept. Not to mention, calling to book a tee time in 2022 is ridiculous. I will miss playing there, but I will not be returning.

This was the worst course conditions I have ever played on.
The greens were not cut. I would say maybe a 1 or 2 on the stint meter! Many of the fairways were not cut. You would hit a shot right down the middle and had to search to find it. The center of the fairways were like the rough. 3 to 4 inches!
The course groundskeeper should be fired! We played from 11:30 -4 pm. I told the guy there that we would never play this course again!

4 stars today but certainly going to be a five soon. This course, as some have mentioned in the past, was in pretty bad shape. ITS WAY BETTER! The greens are slow right now but they are green and in good shape. The fairways are coming along. Best sand the bunkers have had in years. They are working hard, very hard, on improving the course. Keep up the good work. It’s a great course, just needed a lot of work. Courses need money to improve and this one is worth supporting. I will definitely be back soon.
