ENRG Fitness has been such a great find. The group training workouts are always different, which keeps things fun and challenging. I’ve been going here for over 5 years. This is a very inclusive environment. They keep everything clean and sanitary. Thanks to these trainers, working out became an everyday part of my life and bettered my life and I feel better than ever. After working out I feel so woken and healthy. Currently I go with my wife and daughter and we love it!

I switched from a local gym to ENRG Fitness about a year ago and have never looked back. The staff is knowledgeable and also encouraging in a very genuine way.
The classes are different everyday - so it's unlikely you'll ever get burned out/bored. Give ENRG a try! You won't regret it and your body will thank you!

ENRG is an awesome place to work out. I love the strength days because I don’t have to plan out what I’m going to do on my own. There are great coaches here and I think the programming is accessible to all, whatever your goals are. They have strength, cardio, a mix, and Pilates. Highly recommend!

Big fan of ENRG. It's amazing what you can get out of a 45 minute workout here and they're always different! The coaches are great too. Whether it's monitoring your form or pushing you to work harder (but making you think it's your idea), the coaches have your back.
Come to the 5am class, it's good...I swear!

ENRG Fitness is my happy place. I've been a member for over 2 years and the trainers and workouts keep me motivated to show up each morning. Alex, Tiff, Dylan, Bianca, & Judy are all excellent trainers - they help correct form in a constructive way and push me when they know I can do more. It's a great environment and I love how the workouts are never the same. I highly recommend ENRG!
