First off, this review has nothing to do with the actual tutors, it is how the "business", if there even is one, is handled. I am going to keep this short and give advice on how to deal with them if you decide to use their services. Bottom line is that they take your credit card and put in on file, and charge you automatically for some units of tutoring that you want. Then, they chip off actual sessions against charges. However, there is no invoice, billing paperwork, or anything. You have to keep on top of it and keep track of it. Bottom line, if your kid goes regularly and keeps up, no worries, probably is fine. But if your kid does not need the sessions, can't go for conflicts, or whatever, the recurring charges just keep going. This happened with my kids and they had a lot of "credit" left over last year. I figured, fine, use it for SAT prep or another class this year. Problem is with zero records the honor system failed and supposedly it "went out of business" and now has all new people with a "temp" answering emails for a community of tutors. So, I am out my credits and my money as ignorance is claimed of this history. Use at your own risk.

Performance Tutors exceeded all of my expectations! They helped to prepare my son for the high school placement test and he passed with flying colors. Their staff is very professional and the communication was excellent. I would highly recommend them.
