I love this daycare and my baby does too! When I finally got another job & needed childcare ASAP the owner was so sweet & took my baby on short notice. Now whenever I pick him up he doesn’t wanna leave 😂. We love the people there & they love him too.

Just don't. My daughter went there for about a month. She was 6 months old and never napped during the day. It takes 5 minutes to calm her to sleep at nap time, we were told they didn't have time to focus on her with all the other kids. She would get home incredibly fussy and clingy. When we spoke with them initially we were told they didn't watch TV with the babies. She was set in a high chair in front of a TV the first day. We were rarely sent photos. We never received a written end of day updates, we were told they didn't have time to write it down for all the kids. We never knew if she had a bowel movement or if she was being changed during the day. Or how much she was eating or drinking. We never signed her in or out.

Of course I expected my baby to get sick once starting daycare, however the daycare director said that she had gotten everyone else sick she even blamed us for the fact that the babyroom teacher was so sick she was hospitalized over the weekend. We were surprised to see that she was back the next day after being so sick she was hospitalized.  Shortly thereafter my daughter caught RSV. The building was closed for an entire week at the beginning of the year and extra days around the holidays with short notice. I don't know how anyone has enough PTO saved up to be able to take off all these extra days. Not to mention it's sketchy that this place suddenly had 8 five star reviews the week of Thanksgiving all when the daycare was closed.

We found a cheaper daycare in Zion and have never had any of these issues. My daughter has never once missed nap time at her new daycare. I still think about this place and it breaks my heart to know I let my daughter go here for a month

I absolutely have a great deal of respect for this place. My daughter was an only child and has gotten so much better with her talking and playing with others. They have helped us out a great deal and we are forever grateful. I love the learning plan that they have in place and how comfortable and safe my daughter feels when she is there. That is definitely something a first-time mother looks for in an academy, keep up the great work!

Owner was very disrespectful. Threatened to call a cop on me and some friends for going into the Creek next door which she did not own and saying she did and cussed at me and my friends, which we were in middle school at the time.

My children have attended this daycare for many years. The entire building is exceptionally clean 24/7. There are external security cameras surrounding the building. Meals & activities are always as scheduled. The staff here is genuinely one of a kind & makes an effort to accommodate the parents needs.

This academy is so loving and sweet. My younger siblings go there and they love it. They learn something new everyday and I love that for them. They’re always happy to there every morning and they always leave there with a smile on their faces. They are very understanding and have great communication. Never have any problems with them.

EXTREMELY RUDE. I called and a woman picked up the phone with an attitude “hello”. I asked if this was the daycare and she stated yes. I was asking about care availability and she started questioning me on where I was working and living and why I was looking for care in her location. She brought up the fact that I have an out of state number but I’m military which is why. She was EXTREMELY rude and I did not even feel comfortable carrying on the conversation because I definitely wouldn’t want my children in her care.

Great care, great service, phenomenal staff. Ms. Harris & Ms. Carr have gone above and beyond for my son - I will recommend Sweetarts and Sweethearts to friends and family for years to come. Thank you to all involved for making the daily effort to create a safe and enriching place in our community!
