Everytime I call NO one in the zoning and building department answers the phone or calls you back when you leave a message. Only way of getting ahold of anyone there is to walk into the building. No point in having a phone if it's never answered!!!!!!!!!!

If you own a bar in waterloo the city will come and move your snow for free and put it in front of your neighbors house. Thanks city of waterloo for keeping the drunks safe!
