I am so happy to have found this beautiful yoga studio in Naperville! Iyengar yoga is my preferred way to practice. The studio offers a variety of classes. There is something for everyone, whether you are a level 1 or level 2. Maria is extremely knowledgeable in the Iyengar Method and her precise cues have broadened my own personal awareness. Her hands on attention to detail and precision are truly worth their weight in gold! If you are looking for a head to toe yoga experience, in a welcoming and fully equipped space, consider giving Maria’s Iyengar class a try. Love the variety of classes. Can go every day and never have the same workout. Great teachers. Love the infrared heat for detoxing. Happy the studio is close to home. Very convenient. Friendly atmosphere. Teens are welcome too!
