My mother is very happy living at Encore Village in Schaumburg. She has resided there for almost 3 years. The staff is friendly and helpful. My mother enjoys many of the the entertainment programs they offer. My family and I feel she is in good hands and well taken care of.

Your place is just great and beautiful. I could not believe how big it is and well kept. So clean and fresh, so many places to enjoy the outdoors and relax on a nice warm day. Love that you have so many things to enjoy and the activities, friendly people and personal.
Cassie was wonderful and all the information and each of the units she took us to were very nice and roomy.
Who am ready I would consider making the move to your place. Thank you for such a wonderful tour and lunch, the food was delicious and filling.

Had a very great experience, brought the grandchildren to see their great grandma, everyone was so friendly,the guy reception was Awesome, gave me and the kids food to feed the fish, the kids loved it. It was just a great time.

I simply wanted to share an extremely positive experience my family and I had while exploring various facilities for our Mom. The staff, in particular Steve, at Encore did an exceptional job of explaining not only the services offered by Encore, but he helped us understand the industry as a whole. Knowing how everything works along with gaining a better understanding of the services at Encore helped us a great deal. It never felt like a sales pitch. Instead, Steve was committed to helping us find the right solution for our Mom and for our family. It felt like he was part of our care team trying to assess the best options and prepare us for this stage of life with compassion.

To a person, they demonstrate such professionalism, compassion and care for their residents. We are so comforted that our Mom is so well cared for!

We are aware of a change in corporate leadership and encourage the current administration to recognize that they have an incredible staff! We hope they do whatever they can to reward them accordingly so that we can continue to rely on such amazing caregivers!

We are very disappointed with the Briarwood Rehab unit at Encore Village. It takes hours for an aide to answer call buttons. My mother was bathed (after waiting for three days) and after was dressed with a previously soiled diaper. She now has intense diarrhea and no one will help her and no one answers the phone at the nurses station.
