Great customer service with wonderful products. Cashier #1086 at this Streamwood Marshalls location was very helpful yesterday in making sure markdowns were done correctly for multiple merchandises. She is truly an asset to Marshalls & this location. Thank you!

Store itself is good. They have everything, much better than Schaumburg one. The Unethical Cashier is the real problem there. She added a Dasani Bottled Water on my purchase and charged me. I didn’t bought any water with me to the cashier and I didn’t know she added that until I came home and see my receipt. She probably knew what she’s been doing, cause she double checked everything before I put my card. She basically added her own water on my receipt. It’s just a dollar and my big pregnant tummy, +my toddler and my oldest all going there for $1 is too much work. Honestly I am really disgusted with that unethical behavior. This is just unacceptable. She was a black lady with short hair and her hair is curly on top with some bronze color at the end. Store manager or the Branch manager should take an action!!!
