Every time I come here with my daughters the staff are very nice, friendly and very helpful. Jameson from the Studio Department helped out us out with lamination with pictures for my daughters cake and he was VERY nice and patient with us🫶🏽

Nice,big, clean. The first library I visited that childs play area hasn't many toys,puzzles, etc. available unless you have a library card to check them out to play with at the child center area.

While I live in Bartlett, I thought the Bartlett library would be where I'd belong. I found that it was Poplar Creek. It's an amazing place. I've joined book groups, seen cooking demos, attended musical events and lectures, and been helped by numerous staff. It's like a second home.

Have recently moved in the area, I haven't gone to many places but we went today for the Jingle Fest. The library is big, clean, and the staff is very welcoming. It was quite busy in there today. My grandbaby had a blast with the games and prizes. Especially the balloons and crafts. The reindeer was a nice add on. I will be back to see what this library has to offer.

Overall good library however unlike Schaumburg Main Library this one sees to be bit less friendly to small kids. Laddies downstairs run this place like Nuns in Catholic Church bit to strict. Every parents I come across there says same thing at very least. Village needs to spend some money and create more family friendly rooms where kids can be kids and not quiet robots. Also probably good idea to hire some more kids friendly staff and move the older less patient staff to adults section which is upstairs. Outside of that they do have good collection of books and movies, and for its size contains adequate amount of books and materials.
