Excellent owner and store employees. They are very knowledgeable and also have classes which I highly recommend. The prices for classes are reasonable and you take what you make! They have a yarn store within the store and the variety and quality is certainly worth a look. All around a happy place with a ton to offer!

My first time here and I'm sure I'll be back. Lovely ladies there. Even the customers were friendly. They have an amazing assortment of beads and jewelry making findings. If you're looking for some chain for a piece they have a nice assortment. I didn't ask about them about bulk chain but I think I will on my next visit because I wouldn't mind having a roll at home for when I need it. They also have a nice selection of yard and supplies. I only gave it a quick glance but it looked like nice quality.

This place is nice but they have some of the worst hours I guess it's my fault for not looking but I have driven here too many times only to find out they're closed or not open yet.

More than Beads! Yarn. Lots of yarn! Lots of wool, merino, alpaca. Even though I'm allergic to wool, I was able to find yarn here. They also carry Bamboo, Bamboo Cotton blends. So very nice. A+

Completely unsatisfied with the customer service provided by the company. Seems like they immediately found excuses & lied to not service me. Could race be a factor?

I called & inquired about having a custom piece made for my daughter. Spoke to Becky who informed me that she wasn't sure if they were taking custom orders but if so it would be a 1 month turnaround, as they had "so many orders currently and not enough staff". I immediately inquired, how do you all have so many orders if you don't take orders? She said she would talk to Jenny and have her follow up with me. Jenny calls. She reports they didn't have the beads I was looking for in enough quantity to create a set, but also the chain & clasp they did not have. When I inquired about a different chain or clasp, she proceeded to tell me they don't take orders and Becky wasn't lying, but she was mistaken about them having so many orders that it would be a 1 month turnaround. Very specific information to be mistaken. Completely contradictory. Hope they do a better job with catering to the needs of ALL CUSTOMERS moving forward.

Tons of beads in every shape and size, plus everything you need for a project. Nice choice of speciality yarns and knitting accessories. I'm not a leader but a knitter, but if I ever want to bead I'm going here.
