I had an extremely disappointing experience at Timely Park Village. I simply wanted to take a short walk, but I was denied access for no legitimate reason. The staff’s behavior was unwelcoming and, quite frankly, felt discriminatory. It’s frustrating to see such treatment in a place that should be open and inclusive to everyone. If you value fairness and respect, I would strongly advise avoiding this place.

Took my daughter here for a birthday party that was in the White Water Canyon area. It was VERY nice. Great for children and adults as well. The food was good and the staff was friendly. The area was also clean. We can’t wait to visit again this summer!

My wife and I are relatively new members of Tinley Fitness. We like the friendly staff, the large selection of machines and everything is clean. Most of the machines have TV which is nice. The locker rooms are clean and showers have soap. We recommend Tinley Fitness.

With the cost of going to a water park going through the roof some charging as much as $60 a person this municipalities waterpark is very fair even if. You don't live in tinley. With that being said they have 3 humongous water slides a lazy river very nice splash pad for the smaller children a diving board. And zip slide next to it . The pool part was fantastic! And the fact that I was able to play with a little foam Football in the pool with my grandson was awesome! Their food court was fantastic! Very reasonable prices and a great selection to choose from. I will definitely be coming back here with my grandchildren

Fantastic array of equipment. Clean and everything looks as if it was just bought. Everyone was polite, and it was a pleasure to work out. I can't wait to go back.

My daughter and I Love to go here we were there this past Sunday July 7th at White Water Canyon great staff, friendly attentive lifeguards. My only concern is it gets so busy the bathrooms need to be servicemen tidy up more often.

Every time I come, one specific woman is so incredibly rude to me. I have an out of state ID but per their own policy, I also have a voters card that shows my local address and I've never had a problem with any other worker. I talked to the supervisor and he was just as unhelpful. While listening to other people, she was completely friendly and cordial so I can only assume it's because of my race. I hate that I have friends that play pickleball here because I have to come to back to join them but I am not happy about it.
