These people are racist my son is artistic. This is his first time going to daycare. They already sent out a letter saying that they can deal with him anymore. This is only his first week. They already put him out. They judging him they didn’t even try to work with him every time I went The teacher always say he do good now they said the email today saying he can’t come back because the way how he is this is the most racist daycare I ever seen. I will never recommend this daycare.

This daycare is terrible my 2 children went here from 2022 to 2024 I’m late on writing this review but these people were terrible to my children my older son had his ears pulled by teachers they would yell at him they would let all the kids jump off the tables in his classroom the classrooms had no structure they had no discipline for the children they kicked my son out because he had autism gave him no chances. Then my baby they would leave in a dirty diaper he would have a rash all the time butt would be red one of the teachers Kayla saw my baby bump his head never reported it and he had a big bruise on his head another teacher karrington told me I reported it to Mrs. Marry she never did anything basically said that kind of behaviour is allowed from her employees my son had a fever would not give him Tylenol even though I have filled out forms for him let him suffer all day didn’t tell me till I left work everything was ok though and it wasn’t management is trash and this place is trash all Kindercares are terrible including the Orland one my son was there and a teacher pulled his ear right in front of me and a police report was made me on back in 2021 so please parents out there do not put your babies or children at Kindercare especially this location and Orland park one I removed my children and they are safe and happy at a different daycare thriving and happy and healthy me and my family couldn’t be happier with the decision of leaving this dump!

My kids have been with kindercare for a very long time. 7 years. It was great. However, lately, over the last year, things have been bad. I've had so many issues. My son would come home with diaper rashes because he didn't have his diaper changed. I would pick him up and he would have poop in his diaper still. I would have to ask them to change him. When I brought it to the attention of the director it took an entire month to get iT under control. The new staff they have been hiring is not ideal for child care and all the good staff are leaving. I walked into a room with a teacher screaming in a child's face. It was so loud the director heard it from the front of the building. I of course said something to her and she said she didn't do anything wrong and proceeded to follow me into the hallway yelling at me and arguing with me. The director witnessed that whole thing. This employee still works there, and this was just a couple of weeks ago. Other employees said that she is mean and brought it to the attention of the director. Yet she still gas a job. It seems that the quality of care is no longer an important part of the center. They would rather hire people who aren't right for this line of work because of being short staffed. I have seen more than just one employee that is concerning at the center. And of course I always say something but my comments never seem to be heard. I have had issues with my kids being in the wrong clothes when going outside. I have had a lack of incident reports notifications. There have been issues when I haven't been notified. I even had an issue recently and the director told me she talked to the teacher and asked her to put something in the app for me. When actually I was there picking my son up and had to ask the teacher to even write it up. They will say anything to please the parents. I have caught them in a lie more than once. Telling me one thing and seeing another when I am there. I could go on and on about issues I have seen and come across. This used to be a great center yet somehow things have gone downhill quickly over there. People have been pulling their kids from centers and lots of staff have been leaving. I have had issues with my assistance amd they have not been willing to work with me especially after being there for so long even threatening that my kids will be kicked out of the system. I genuinely think they don't care about the families like they make it seem, and this is just a job. 9/10 they don't even know what's going on in the center. There is no communication.

My children have been attending this center for over three years and are now all in the school age room. I feel warm and welcomed at this center. All the staff know me by name and genuinely concerned for my children’s health and safety. One of my children has special needs and he is always met with respect and consideration. Highly recommend this location.

I have been incredibly impressed with the care and attention provided by 80th Avenue KinderCare. My daughter Olivia has been attending since she was just 3 months old, and I couldn't be happier with the nurturing environment she's been in.

Danielle, the director, is truly passionate about what she does, and it shows in every aspect of the center. Her dedication to ensuring the well-being and development of each child is commendable. Merry, the assistant director, is equally wonderful. Her warmth and kindness have made us feel like part of a family from day one.

The staff at KinderCare go above and beyond to create a stimulating and safe environment for the children. Olivia has thrived under their care, and I've seen her grow and learn in so many ways. The communication between the staff and parents is excellent, and I always feel informed and involved in Olivia's day-to-day activities.

I truly appreciate the attention to detail in everything from the educational curriculum to the cleanliness and organization of the facility. It's evident that the team at KinderCare genuinely cares about the children they serve.

I couldn't be more grateful for the wonderful experience Olivia has had at 80th Avenue KinderCare. I highly recommend this daycare to any parent looking for exceptional care for their child. Thank you to Danielle, Merry, and the entire staff for everything you do!

We have been absolutely THRILLED with our experience at 80th Ave Kindercare! The teachers & staff are amazing, and I'm constantly amazed at the level of individual attention they give to my daughter. We have only been going here for about 6 months, but this has been our only daycare experience and my two-year old has hit so many developmental milestones that were prior delayed since Kindercare came into our lives. Highly recommend!

i was going through my kids old pictures , work , projects , assessments & i just wanted to leave a review and rave about this center. this was their second home at one point. all 4 of my kids were enrolled together here & they helped them reach milestones i’ll forever be grateful for. truly a second family for my kiddos.
