Ever since Ms Isabelle has come to this location it has drastically changed!! She is one of the best teachers and people I’ve met. She advocates for the kids and makes sure to treat them as if they were her own. She’s always there with questions or concerns I have, and never stops with the kids. Plus all the kids love her!!

I am extremely disappointed with KinderCare on Oak Park Avenue. The facility has a persistent weird smell and lacks proper cleaning standards. They claim to operate from 6 AM to 6 PM, but when I drop my son off in the morning, I often see about 10 children with only 1-2 staff members struggling to manage. It’s chaotic, with children crying and insufficient supervision.

They’ve also been mixing my son with big kids in the morning due to a lack of staff. This is deeply concerning as these toddlers, and even teachers, walk with shoes on the same floor where my baby is learning to crawl. The hygiene practices are appalling, and it’s unacceptable to allow such unsanitary conditions.

The center has also been inconsistent with their send-home policies, overriding a doctor’s note on more than one occasion. Once, they undressed my son at the front desk to check for signs of hand-foot-mouth disease, despite a doctor’s note clearly stating there was no such issue. This lack of professionalism and disregard for medical advice is deeply concerning.

I would not recommend this daycare to anyone. As parents, we entrust daycare centers with the well-being of our children, and KinderCare on Oak Park Avenue has failed miserably to meet even the basic standards of care.

I have twin boys who attend this location. Have been for maybe six months, if not a little longer. When the kids are in attendance, the staff is great, the service is great.

But that's when they're in attendance. Over the last month, the facility had to shut down a number of times due to sewage and staffing issues. There has also been a wave of sicknesses that rock the rooms, and takes our kids down.

We pay a premium for premium services, but we don't get to take advantage of the money we're spending due to either the facility shutting down unexpectedly or our kids catching whatever the flavor of the week is there, whether covid, RSV, hand-foot-mouth, you name it. For example, we've paid this week of care yet the kids have only been inside the facility for one full day.

Not to mention my wife had to walk through standing sewage to pick the kids up when they had a plumbing issue.

I feel deeply saddened and disappointed by our experience with Oak park kinder Care, where we sent our 6-month-old for 3-4 months. Instances of child neglect, unreasonable / everyday changing policies, and poor communication made this an upsetting journey. Policies around sickness were inconsistent, and despite a pediatrician’s note, our child was excluded unnecessarily. On multiple occasions, I found my baby crying inconsolably while teachers were on their phones, showing a lack of attentiveness. The teacher-to-child ratio was often far from the promised standard, with infants left crying in overcrowded rooms. The most distressing moment was finding my child red and blue from crying, having not been fed as instructed, despite clear guidance. This neglect and lack of care broke my trust, and I strongly urge parents to demand accountability, including camera surveillance, to ensure proper care for their children. I would never recommend this to anyone.

Smelly and dirty. Teachers lie to your face, withhold information, and even blame the wrong children in instances of aggression among the children ( which is frequent.) the humidity in the spring and summer in these cramped classrooms is absolutely INHUMANE and i would never again subject an animal let alone a toddler to unsanitary & uncomfortable conditions like at kindercare on Oak Park Avenue in Tinley Park.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME… unless you want a dirty place to send your children.

My children were both going here. About 2 to 3 years ago when I noticed my son hated being in the high chair at home. Come to find out they were restraining him in the high chair at this day care. How did I find out you ask. They posted a picture of the class and the only child in a high chair was my son. I pulled him out immediately after seeing this. Accountability is important.

I definitely recommend this KinderCare! A great big smile is on my daughter's face every time I pick her up and she is always getting good attention from the staff. They give a good detailed account of her day. It's a happy place to walk into in the morning and pick her up in the afternoon. The staff are very kind and professional and you can tell they love what they do. I was a little anxious about putting my child in daycare, but since day one my daughter and I felt right at home.

Absolutely love this kindrrcare location. The staff is super friendly, trustworthy, and enjoyable to interact with. I enjoy getting the picture updates throughout my day! Really brings a smile to my face seeing my little one so happy and having fun. My child's been enrolled since he was just 3 months old and he is now 17 months old. He absolutely loves it there and it's very refreshing to be able to go to work and not a have to worry about the type of care my child is getting.
