I just attended a strategic planning training with Bianca and I was blown away!! She is such a super smart and talented individual with a true gift in educating others!! I was able to catch her live training on 4 components needed to grow your service based business and I literally got WAY MORE than what I bargained for! The gems she dropped were life changing honestly, and her personality makes you want to just give up your dollars freely honestly. The main takeaway I got from this training was to focus on the DATA. So many times we leave our data right where it's at, but Bianca helped shift my thinking and made me realize that the money is lying in your data. The changes, clients needs and spending habits, what I should be focusing on is all in previous data. That was the main takeaway for me! If you've been on the fence about working with Bianca, all i will say is utilize her free trainings and resources and make sure you READY READY. Because sis is phenomenal, but if you're not ready in business, she won't be that effective for you. Now if you're someone who's 100% willing to listen, take notes and take action - Bianca is 1000% the right choice! She WILL get your business to new and bigger heights and that's FACTS! It's just how bad you want it.

Being fairly new still to entrepreneurship I struggled with a lot of things, one being handling stress and operating during stressful times. I attended one of Cayden Cay Academy trainings and it was like Bianca was preaching to me, every word was inspiring and it wasn’t only inspiring it was actually things that could help you run your business correctly and handle stress correctly from rebranding to relaunching, I felt so much better about how I would continue my operations after just one training. I’m so excited to see the results once I’ve applied all Bianca, the instructor, has taught!
