We are so blessed to have found The Philip Rock Center and School (PRC) for my daughter. The amazing staff go above and beyond to make sure that her needs and all the students' needs are met. I love how they are involved in numerous activities at PRC and in the community. PRC has been life changing for my daughter and my family! She has been at PRC for 10 years (she is 19 now) and has learned so many life skills and that is because of the wonderful, caring, selfless staff at PRC! My daughter would not be as independent as she is today had we not found PRC! It takes a special person to do the exhausting, thankless work that I see the staff selflessly do and they do it with their whole hearts. It is clear to see how much they love their job and the students. My daughter is happy, well cared for, and loves PRC! I am truly grateful that we found PRC!

The staff at Phillip J Rock Center are amazing people ! They are professional but friendly ! They sincerely care about everyone there ! Anyone can see and tell that it isn't " just a job" to them. The staff there truly care for each child/person that is in their care. I feel 100% secure and safe having our daughter there. I know she is very well taken care of. I greatly appreciate the open communication that the staff has with us ! The quality of care the residents receive is of the highest ! I have never in a million years thought I’d find such a amazing home for my Son. Until PRC came into our lives everything changed for the better. My Son is finally safe and well cared for. I adore every single staff member there! They all go out of the way to make sure all the kids are safe and well! I cannot thank PRC enough for coming into our lives. I can actually sleep at night knowing my son is finally safe! I Recommend PRC 100%!
Anytime I need them they are there. Clean beautiful building. My Son even does his own chores now I am so proud of him! If it wasn’t for PRC I don’t know where we would be. Thank you PRC for everything and continue striving for our special babies!

Our child has been at PRC for 10 years. We always find that when we pick him up he is happy and when we drop him off he is happy. This warms our hearts! Our child has leaned how to self feed and walk (at own pace). The building is ALWAYS clean as are the children. They’ve all become an extended part of our family. They are all doing a great job helping to raise our children. This is a very tough position to be in when your child has special needs— we’ve al been blessed to have PRC on our child’s side. The children are challenged daily which makes them strive. Thanks to all the staff for all you do!

My granddaughter has been attending PRC for years. Such a wonderful place to have your kids or grandkids go to,would highly recommend to anyone who's looking for a loving and caring place for their child. The staff is also a joy to, visit very friendly, and treat out grandchild as if it was their own child.

As a special education director for many years, I appreciate the Phillip Rock Center being a full resource center and school for students. Everything is available from this school: nutritious meals, and a residential space for the students with significant disabilities (blind/deaf). It can make a big difference for families to have a close-by center that can assist. They have an excellent reputation and are conveniently located.

We have our family friend, whose attended PRC since the tender age of 3 yrs old, she’s doing remarkable things these past 7 yrs!!! Since being a student there she’s learned to walk, talk and is now reading. Caring staff on her team helping all along the way:)
