This has been the best school for our family! The teachers are so loving and kind. They emphasize social and emotional skills, which are so important. The curriculum is age-appropriate and my kids have been so well-prepared for Kindergarten both academically and emotionally. The art projects they do are incredible. We love CCP and highly recommend to all families looking for a preschool.

A couple weeks ago when I picked up my son he said he thought he might feel "schoolsick" while he was at home (he definitely never feels homesick when he is at school!).
The teachers are wonderful. The play based curriculum allows preschoolers to be preschoolers while also learning good skills to prepare to Kindergarten. The school also does a great job with social-emotional development; I can definitely see my child learning kindness/empathy and emotional regulation. Finally, the school is also great at accommodating each individual child's needs from behavioral to allergy/snack requirements.

This school is so wonderful! The teachers have been there for many years, and they welcome children from all families. My kids learn how to be kind and good friends. The artwork they do is beautiful - and often inspired by famous artists from history. The location is perfect for parents who work at UIUC. The hours are the longest I've seen for half day preschool: 8:30-12:15!
