We had a very enjoyable experience at the magic show this past weekend. The room is small and intimate, holding a max of about 25 people. P. T. does a great job bantering with the audience and involving them in the show, even remembering everyone's names. The tricks were entertaining and unique. The runtime is 65 minutes and there are multiple shows per day so it is easy to fit into your schedule. Definitely a worthwhile way to spend an hour or so when in Galena.

P.T. is an absolute hoot. I'm going to bring my grandkids back to see him! His theater is super small (like 25 seats). If you manage to get the absolute worst seat in the house, you are only in the third row! I think he involved almost half of the audience in the show in one way or another. This was the most fun I had all week!

P.T. Murphy was FANTASTIC! Absolutely entertaining in the best way. My Friend and I were 10 minutes late due to traffic and he took it in stride and was the best host, making us feel at ease and welcome. He was hilarious and did some great up close magic. Honestly the best way to spend an hour in Galena. 10/10 would highly, highly recommend this fun for all ages time! I would 100% go again the next time I visit!

The show was great! PT Murphy was entertaining and charming from start to finish. He was also incredibly patient with one young man in the audience who kept interrupting him. We loved the venue too. It was very comfortable and intimate enough that, even from the back row, we could see everything. Oh, and the magic was amazing!

Such a fun thing do in galena. It’s right in town and offers a few show times a day. Definitely buy tickets in advance. Only a small group sees it at a time which was nice since you can feel more personable with one another. He’s a great guy who includes the audience as much as possible, rather that be with volunteers, learning names, or making them laugh. Would recommend to those who want a little something new to do or just a small break while walking in town. Location is great. Walk the stores all day then watch a magic show and catch dinner!

This show was recommended to me by a friend and my husband and I loved it! I honestly was unsure about going to a "magic show," but this was not your typical experience. The setting is very intimate and there is non-stop crowd interaction. Amazing skill and humor combined. My husband and I both agreed this was one of the best experiences we had while visiting Galena and we 10/10 recommend the P.T. Murphy Magic Theatre if you're looking for something unique and fascinating to do outside of the ordinary Galena activities. Go see this performance! You won't be disappointed!!

So glad our group did this show recently. Wasn't sure what to expect, but it was enjoyable for all ages (4-73yrs within our group). PT is very engaging and funny. Highly recommend for anyone looking for something different on their visit to Galena.
