We are blessed to live in the Galena Territory neighborhood and so grateful to the staff at the GTA for being so helpful and friendly! THANK YOU, GTA! The Galena Territory Association (GTA) was beyond helpful to my family in our 2022 move to Galena. We ran into some obstacles during our cross country move, and if it weren't for individuals working at the GTA being so helpful and accommodating to us, the challenges would have been overwhelming. Now that we've been living in the territory for more than 2 years, we are still grateful to the GTA for all they do to maintain this beautiful, dark-sky, wildlife habitat neighborhood, including the facilities, and association.

Visiting our friends that live in the Territories, and they had a craft fair happening that we all enjoyed at the Owners' Club. Probably 30 vendors set up in the large upstairs room, with a few outside the door, or just as you entered the building. Very nice selection from vendors, I found a couple of new wood snowmen faces for front of garage! My friend stocked up on jams and jellies for this year's presents to friends and family! This is a seasonal special event. During the summer they had Farmers market on Sunday mornings from the local area, with a couple of vendors mixed in from the area. Nice venue to hold these events!! Handicapped friendly...they have elevator!

Great facility to relax at. There's a great 3/4 sized basketball court with a swimming pool and a rec room. Very friendly staff. Make sure you get a parking permit.

We arrived at 7 Colony Lane at 4:00 pm, Friday, 14 May, 2021 to NO welcome. In fact we were locked out of what was supposed to be a lovely VRBO. I don’t know if it is or not, because we can’t get in! Yes, we had the code. Yes we tried getting the key out of a lock box on the door. We called the owner and she finally told us how to get in. It worked, after an hour trying. This sucked. Never again!!!

Very nice facility. Has great play options for kids and is great to hang out in. Drinks and food are also very reasonably priced.

Great house & service and an UNBELIEVABLE recreation area. Really enjoyed the pool with our kids & could have spent the whole day at the Owners Club.

It's a family community pool. If you're looking for drinks by the pool and relaxing to a book, I'd avoid this place. Too many kids screaming and yelling.

Members only, too notch activity center. Indoor and outdoor pools, workout room, basketball, billiards, pingpong, Wi-Fi, short order grill, computer room, and conference facility.
