Company does not Stand behind or honor their Warranties. Uline Beverage center, Brand new purchased at a Clearance Scratch and Dent Center because customer backed out of a special order purchase. Register the New unit Day after purchase - ULine (Middleby Owned) refuses to honor any warranty, even after sending emails from Sales Company Stating its New and Has FULL WARRANTY.

BEWARE!!! THEY WILL NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR STATED WARRANTY.

Terrible customer service for such high end appliances. Our Viking appliances are the biggest waste of money I’ve ever spent. Viking is owned and backed by Middleby who does a terrible job at servicing their products. They do not have field representation that is able to service products. I would never ever purchase a product owned by Middleby again. Look at wolf, cove, subzero, Miele for kitchen appliances. What a joke this company is.

Purchased a Viking Microwave from a distributer in Duluth Mn.
The product literature and specification sheet indicated that the unit / model was an 1100 watt unit - item shipped had the correct or advertised model number but was only a 950 watt unit.
Went back to my rep in Duluth Mn and they contacted Middleby (Wayne Pellow) - to try and resolve the issue - Wayne Pellows from Middleby solution was 20% off of the original cost of the unit purchased as that unit/item has been discontinued.....

What a rip off they Viking / Middleby falsely advertised the unit and provided misinformation on a spec sheet on there website about this specific model and then failed to offer A RESONABLE SOLUTION to fix it.

When purchasing a Viking product you are making a commitment to buying a higher end product that is expensive you / I are expecting a better level of customer service and support from the run of the mill appliance purchase experience - I found out otherwise - Wayne Pellow from Viking / Middleby told my rep that I was Lucky that he was offering 20% of the original purchase price and that he could just refuse any offer to resolve the problem at all.

My advice steer clear of any purchases thru Middleby CORP.

I know I will NEVER Purchase ANYTHING that comes from them or any of the affiliate companies again.

Middleby acquired Char Griller. Between the two I cannot get a response for warranty repair. I'm directed to e.mails which no one responds.... Beware consumer.

I didn't know this manufacturer was so close to home. They make the ovens we see every time you get take out, from Jimmy John's to subway and almost every pizza restaurant you might have eaten. I even got to test out one of their pizza ovens 😋
