They called me the day before delivery to let me know that it would be coming and to ask if anyone could be there. I stated that if they called me to let me know when they were on their way, that I could meet them there. They said that wouldn’t be a problem. Today, I am sitting at work when someone sent me a picture of my package in the road and right in a giant puddle. When I called to let them know that this was not okay, I was disconnected and no attempt was made to call me back. Luckily, someone with equipment offered to bring the shipment in my driveway.

Drivers are wonderful. Getting a hold of anyone is impossible. No phone number or fax for local terminal. Calling customer service does nothing but transfer you all over the place, never talking to a real person. Very hard to conduct business when you cannot contact anyone. Been dealing with this for 2 yrs or more. Talking to manager of site about a better way to contact has done no good. It's so frustrating. Who conducts business this way?
