I had a strange episode with vision using my left ey, called immediately and they took all my personal and insurance info over the phone, and gave me a two hour appointment in two days. Upon arrival, I checked in using the kiosk. As a new patient, it took awhile and it would have been better if a kiosk allowed me to be seated. The initial series of exams were handled swiftly and without discomfort. The physician read my report about the episode , examined me and explained that my eyes appeared problem-free. He asked me to return in one month to look for changes. Easy check-out.

The staff was very kind,informative and knowledgeable. The Dr. Was very thorough and explained everything along the way. Presented a clear explanation of my options and his thoughts. I was very comfortable and felt like I left with a complete picture.

I have been following up for many years at Hauser and Ross and have received great care. I was there on march 26 and received excellent care. The tech who greeted me, I believe her name is Megan, was outstanding!! She was professional And courteous. Her upbeat attitude made me feel special!! Thank Megan for me. She is an asset to Hauser and Ross!!

I had surgery to lift my eyelids on both eyes. Dr. Rajjoub was the physician that did the procedure. In a nutshell, she was excellent. Her explanation of what she was going to do and how it was going to be done pre-surgery was very complete. The surgery went well, and I have just completed my second follow up appointment. I highly recommend her services if you are in need of any procedure on your eyes or eyelids.

Didn't have a wait after I got there. Nurse that did pretesting was very nice and dealt with all my needs. Dr Kaplan is awesome! Spends alot of time answering questions and never rushes me.

The nurse took me into his room was very efficient. Ent had everything ready. Didn’t wait very long in the waiting room for her. Had a great sunny, smile and great disposition. Then the doctor came in. She is very good. Takes and explains everything to you. Very well explains what is going on why it’s happening and what it takes to correct it Very thorough very good and very patient with you to take an answer all the questions and make sure you understand everything absolutely nothing but a wonderful wonderful experience.

Great experience! The staff were so efficient and friendly. The girl who took me back made me feel very comfortable and explained everything she was doing. She was so nice and so was Dr Kaplan! I really liked him. Very efficient and also very nice. I would recommend Hauser-Ross to anyone!!
