I am delighted to share my overwhelmingly positive experience with the West Naperville KinderCare! From the moment we stepped through their doors, it was abundantly clear that this daycare is truly exceptional.

First and foremost, the staff here are the epitome of warmth and friendliness. Their genuine care and affection for the children are palpable. Every morning, my child is greeted with smiles and open arms, instantly setting a positive tone for the day ahead. It's incredibly reassuring as a parent to see your child welcomed so warmly each day.

Moreover, the environment here is one of love and safety. The facilities are great, and safety measures are always a top priority. But beyond the physical space, it's the emotional safety and nurturing atmosphere that truly sets this daycare apart. My child feels not only secure but also loved and valued. I was a super nervous first time daycare mom with 2 kids that started in infants and 3’s. I toured multiple locations to find the right fit for my family. West Naperville KC was exactly what we were looking for the facility is clean, long-time caregivers(25+yrs with KC For a few ladies there), and professional. My Husband and I are extremely grateful the years they have helped our family and allowed us to go to college and work with piece of mind that our kids are safe and well cared for. Communication has not been an issue whether it’s via phone, email, or app. We get update on our kids throughout the day (diaper log, naps, meals, lots of pictures). Our kids are thriving there with the curriculum and when weather permits they go outside to the playground 2-3 times, which my kids love. My kids have made so many friends and we all get a sense of community (they have social gatherings for the families so we do get to meet other parents). Jennifer, Denise and All the lovely ladies of West Naperville Kindercare you are so APPRECIATED!!!♥️

Both our kids go to West Naperville Kindercare and it’s truly a safe and loving space for them. The teachers are loving and attentive, the environment is nurturing and fun for kiddos and the hours are excellent! Jen and Denise are super responsive with any queries. Highly recommend!

The staff is incredibly attentive, friendly and helpful! My son is 7 months old and we have been coming here for 3 months now. He is always so excited to go and happy as can be when I pick him up! The communication line is always open which is a huge plus for me. Anytime I reach out with a question they are on top of it right away! I love getting updates throughout the day - the teachers are so good about checking in with how he is doing! The kindercare team takes such great care of him - it feels like we are all family! ❤️

I don't often write public reviews, but I wholeheartedly and proudly recommend West Naperville KinderCare! We absolutely love this center! The staff are AHHMAZING and were SO helpful with our transition from having family watch our baby to joining the center. Literally every. single. staffer. is. incredible. The center directors were so understanding of MY separation anxiety, Ms. Brianne was very kind and thorough with helping me as a first-time-daycare-mom, and the teachers show such genuine love for the children! It was evident with how quickly my daughter took to them, and when she started reaching out for her teachers at drop-off just a few days in, it made things so much easier! She's begun saying their names as soon as we mention "school" and even on days when she doesn't attend, she asks for them! We love the constant photo and video uploads to see how she does throughout the day, and it's a joy to see how happy she is while she's in their care. We're impressed by how well she eats and plays at school and comes home knowing new words or songs, and we cannot rave enough about how much we love all of her teachers, especially Ms. Godly, Ms. Sarah, and Ms. Kalyani! Hands down, we absolutely recommend this center! Thank you for all you do! 😊

Highly recommend this daycare facility, they are so friendly and trustworthy with your children. My son has been attending here since he was 3 months! And it was a very hard decision to make at such early age. Like most working moms it is a very hard decision we have to make on who we can trust with our little ones. My son is now 3 yrs old and loves all the staff and his friends, not only is he interacting with other kids but he is also learning and preparing for when he starts school.

All the teachers at Kindercare have been AMAZING with my son. I was nervous leaving my 6 month old with new people but they treated him like their own. He loves going and truly enjoys all the activities they plan for him. It gives me ease of mind that he is in great care, learning every day, and developing his social skills.

I have been bringing my daughter here for a year and half now. I started her when she was 2 and a half, prior to that she was with me 24/7. The staff and her teachers helped me feel extremely comfortable with leaving my daughter with them. I was able to bring my daughter to her room, stay with her for a little while and then leave. Sometimes I would try to get her comfortable playing before I left, her teacher always reassured me it was okay. Since COVID, things have changed, you can not take them to there in class room, but please don’t let that discourage you from bringing your little one to this amazing center. Everything, everywhere is different, and it feels great to know that my child is in great care! Especially during these times!
